Rating: 5 stars
Summary: good action and interesting main character
Review: Perhaps I liked the book because I was intersted in knowing more about "Mr. Clark." One way you can find out how likely you'll like this book is by asking yourself, "Did I like Patriot game?" If you did, you likely will like Without Remorse.

Without Remorse is somewhat similar to Patriot Game. WR is a darker story than PG; not everything goes smoothly and not all protagonists are purely good, like Jack Ryan is often portraited.

The action in this book is good. I liked to see how John Kelly (the main character) set out his plan to avenge.

As always, realistic characters may not be Clancy's strong point, but it is not his selling point either.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Excellent book!! The way justice should be carried out.
Review: Without Remorse takes us back to Vietnam and into the mind of John Kelley (Mr. Clark), the SEAL commando who is hell-bent on avenging the death of his lover. Tom Clancy dazzels us with his knowledge of the technology / firearms while leading us on an exciting and at times, frightening journey. If you love Tom Clancy, you'll love Without Remorse.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Urban Vigilante, not techno thriller.
Review: Clancy diverges from his typical techno thriller to bring us a detailed story of one man pushed to far.

The ability of Clancy to tell this detailed story leaves you wondering how far he went in his research.

This novel is for the vigilante/police detective story type readers.

Rather refreshing in its simplicity of plotline.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: It's, without a doubt, one of the best few books, ever.
Review: Without Remorse is a great book. Period. The plot is well-developed, John Clark is a great character, and his methods are very appealing. A Great book!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Great
Review: Tom Clancy does a superb job here. Many people say that when he gives up th"techno babble" he is much better. Some people say that when he does he is worse. I don't agree with either side, I think that he's always great. this story explores fundemental things like right and wrong, while at the same time talking about other why people do things. Also, for all you action lovers, this is action packed. "Mr. Clark" is a ex-Navy Seal. he has brains and strenght that add another edge to this story. I highly recomend it.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The foray into Clark's mind is long overdue
Review: I'm not going to say much more than it took Clancy long enough to reveal more of the mystery known as Clark. For the longest time, readers of the Jack Ryan series have wondered exactly who this John Clark was. While the storyline is disturbing to some and a revalation for others, I found myself simply pleased by the exploration of what makes John Clark tick.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A mature storyline, good cohesion, logical suspense!
Review: This is an extremely good read. Being the second book that I have read in the Ryan series. So far this is the best. John Kelly (Clark) is an excellent character who I hope Clancy will make more books about. This was a believable book from page 1 to the end. I couldn't stop reading it!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: An outstanding book. Don't know anything like it
Review: Though I really like the big save-the-world kind of books, this book is even better. John Kelly is put in a situation where his abilities fail him, his personal life is destroyed once more and the only possible payback is revenge. Personally I think this is how drug dealers ought to be treated in general - killed. Nice side issue with a prison camp to make things more varied. Actually I've read this book twice, and I hardly do with such long books.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: One of the best book for all Clancy fans
Review: As I read this book the first time I went like, "Wow!". I mean, this book is for all that read books about "Mr. Clark". It tells us how was the cold Mr. Clark "born", the story about his previous life and what changes made him so devoted to various Top Secret missions.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Intense. Thrilling. A must read for any Clancy fan!
Review: Clark is the mysterious agent who helps America out of so many jams. Now Clancy allows us a look into the man's past. Where is he from? How did he come to be with the CIA, where at times he seems to resent them so? Clark's life is one of tragedy, love, determination, violence, and revenge and how they come together in this man. I give this book one of my highest recommendations.
