Summary: AMAZEING AND BREATHTAKING
Review: FOR THE ROSES WAS A BREATHTAKING NOVEL. IT REALLY SHOWS WHAT A FAMILY IS ALL ABOUT AND HOW ONE GIRL CAN GROW UP FELLING LOVED WITH A BUNCH OF STREET URCHIN. IT WAS SUCH A SWEET BOOK AND I ABSOLUTLY ADORED IT. JULIE GARWOOD IS AN AMAZING AND EXTORDINARY WRITER. ALL THE CHARACTER HAD A EUNIQUE PERSONALITY THAT MAKES THEM DIFFERENT AND SPECIAL. MARY ROSE, THE MAIN CHARACTER WAS VERY LUCKY BECAUSE SHE WAS RAISED BY SUCH LOVING PEOPLE WHO ADORED HER AND WERE WILLING TO RISK THEIR LIVES FOR HER. HARIISON WAS ALSO AN IMPORTANT CHARACTER. YOU CAN TELL THAT HE ALSO LOVED MARY ROSE WITH ALL HIS HEART. HARRISON WAS STUBBORN, SWEET AND HANDSOME.I THINK HE'S THE PERFECT MATCH FOR MARY ROSE AND THAT MARY ROSE IS PROBABLY THE MOST LUCKIEST GIRL IN THE WORLD EVEN THOUGH SHE'S A FICTIONAL CHARACTER.

Summary: Roses for Garwood
Review: Garwood's FOR THE ROSES is a fast moving, humorous and romantic adventure. She has taken a group of mismatched urhins from the streets of New York to the frontier of Montana.

Her cahracters are believeable, 3-deminsional and endearing.

I will bebuying another copy of For The Roses for my 87-year old aunt who has almost worn out my copy from the many times she has re-read it.

Summary: Witty and unpredictable
Review: I loved this book. Her best yet. It was not predictable like so many are. The plot and the characters kept me glued to the pages. I appreciated the banter between characters. I actually laughted out loud at their conversations. What a hoot. The brothers were so funny and very believeable. I hated to see this book end. The books about the brothers that followed were not that great.

Summary: She Did It Again!
Review: I love all of Ms. Garwood's books, and this is one of my favorites. The change of scenery was delightful, and Mary Rose was perfect in every sense of the word. She was dependant on herself and managed to make it in the wilderness with no mother (but four fantastic brothers). She is so kind to everyone... no wonder every one falls in love with her. It was a very orgional plot line, and the sequals are wonderful. Happy Readings :)

Summary: Another Great Julie Garwood Book!
Review: I started reading her books about 2 months ago...I now am 3 books shy of her entire collection! This is another great, you-can't-put-it-down page turner! Make sure you read this one before you read The Claibourne Brides and Come The Spring so you have a complete understanding of these characters.

Summary: Don't read this if you want to sleep
Review: Having read all of Julie Garwoods books, I can say that this is one of her best. It is a page tuner that you can not put down, even to sleep. It takes you from the characters as young children right through to them as loving adult characters ,who you do love. If you love the old western and English Romances, then you will love this. You will want to read all of her books, which is what I did, and now am addicted.

Summary: FOR THE ROSES
Review: This is the book that got me hooked on romance novels. The story about Rose and her brothers is amazing. The tightness of the family, the way they protect each other is terrific. Anyone who wants a story with romance, some comedy, and drama should read this book.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: ONE OF HER BEST
Review: WELL THIS IS ONE OF HER BEST NOVEL THAT SHE WROTE... REALLY A GREAT BOOK.CANT STOP READING IT ONCE YOU START..... CANT WAIT FOR HER LATEST BOOK.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Wonderful
Review: I loved this book. Garwood's depiction Mary Rose's brothers is wonderful. She gave each one a unique personality and the love that surrounded the family and the obvious love of an unseen mother was touching. This book is a must for the true sentimentalist. After reading the other reviews I think that the people who gave it less than 5 stars were either judging it by her other books or can't follow dialogue. This book is a must and I highly recommend it!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: It's the most dramatic and romantic book I've ever read.
Review: The five brothers in Blue Belle, Montana, found an abandoned baby, named Mary Rose, and raised her to be a lady that was attractive to every man who looked at her. They happily lived together as a family until Lord Harrison from England came to reveal a secret about Mary's identity. The decision for her life was really tough. She decided to give the answers that come out from the bottom of her heart. I think this is a great book for it can make you laugh and cry. It is very touching to see the love and loyalty of the non-related siblings tight together to increase the values of their family.
