Summary: This was not a good book to read for school.
Review: I had to read this book for 11th grade english and to read one chapter a night was hard. I did not like how it went back and forth from Ada to Inman. Every other day you got to read what was going on in their world. The book was very drawn out. Except for a the whore scenes. The book was all together a waste of time for a busy teen.

Review: I read this book for my 11th grade english class. This book had a good plot but to much discription. I easly got distracted with all of the stange comparisons. I would recommend it to people with a lot of time and patience.

Summary: Entertaining and real. You felt like you where there.
Review: This book was good. Not the best one I've ever read, but it certainly made it's mark on me. The detail was at times annoying, but after a while you got used to it. The suspense and then finding out that what you expected was totally wrong, was a good reason to want to finish it. It was a love story, but with action and gore, the perfect guy/ girl book combined! I gave it four stars and I truly think that it is a good book to talk to others about and recommend. So go ahead and try it. You never know, you might like it!!

Review: The first one hundred pages were very boring. I liked the all the detail once you get the whole idea of the book. I would have liked the book more if I would have had more time to read. This definitly is a book that needs your complete thought. This is not one that you can read with another book. I read it for an 11th grade english class.

Review: This book is too drawn out. There are so many details used that you begin to lose the plot. The plot itself though is good and would be enjoyable without the details.

Review: I was forced to read this book for a class and here's what I think: some of the descpriptions were a bit much, but others kept you in the story, like you are there with them. The story was good and the ending was unexpected, in a good way. I suggest you read if you like to read for a long time about food and nature. I guess it's okay, but I won't ever read it again.

Review: this book was very boring. it had way too many description that lost the story line completely. it had a good story line but it was lost in the descriptions. i would not reccomend this book for any highschool class. kids want to read something more exciting and easier to follow.
