Review: This book is the best. I also like his lecture on astral projection; out of body experiences on video cassett. You could go to the world wide web and look up astral projection and look for it. I forgot what web page it was on.

Review: This book was a great validation for me to read about someone else who had the same o.b. environmental experiences like the illuminated "silvery glow landscape." It gave me some great new tools to work with, asking to experience my "second energy form" and asking for help or explanantion.

Review: This book was written for me and it came at a time when I needed it the most.I had been suffering from OBE attacks (I called them) since 1994 and didn't even know what it was. I went to see everybody, from the doctor, to the priest, to the spiritual healer etc., they couldn't understand me. I prayed to God for any other human problem - but please, stop these spontaneous OBE's from happening....! Because I had no knowledge about it, it was frightening. Most night's were like Freddy Kruger's Nightmare on Elm St. (Fall asleep and it's BOUND to happen). I was desperate. Until I found this book....., IN AN OBE! So much has happened since then and now that I understand it, I pray that it never stops. I've bought 3 copies for friends, and my sister whom I live with also has her own copy. It is definitely the book of all OBE books, easy to understand and very well guided. Highly recommended.

Review: This is a book you must have or at least have read if you are interested in achieving OOBE. I would say it is among the TOP 5 in its class. I like the intro about how he achieved OOBE and how long it took him to do it. When I am having difficulty, I know that I'm not the only one. His OOBE's are interesting and almost inspiring especially his spiritual OOBE where he views his past lives. Mr. Buhlman's explanation about the different planes and membranes was somewhat confusing to understand but then maybe it is confusing when you try to map out the out of body existence. The last part of the book present different OOBE techniques which I found very useful. My recommendation? Two thumbs up!!!

Summary: Modern update from Monroe's books
Review: This is a well written book by a veteran Out of Body traveler. I found this book a little more readable than Monroe's Journeys. Buhlman offers 'modern' techniques for having your own OOBE.

Review: This is actually one of the better books out there on "Out of Body Experiences". Many phenomenoms not covered in other OBE books are introduced here. It is very impressive work! If you never had an OBE, this is a good book to start with... Excellent work!

Review: This is one of the greatest and most interesting books I have read in a long time. I have always heard of astral projection but had never read a book on the subject. After seeing Sylvia Brown on Montel Williams for the millionth time, I went to look up another title on the subject, which I never found, but instead, stumbled upon this one. I am glad I did! I highly recommend this book to anyone seriously considering the subject matter. I plan to order Buhlman's other book ASAP.
