Rating: Summary: A must read! Review: As a recent graduate in accounting I belive that The Cashflow Quadrent is a must read for all that plan to have financial freedom. This book along with RDPD somewhat simplify the basics to understanding financial statements, such as, the B/S and I/S. I have recommended this book to several colleagues and each one has had positive reviews of it. This book at it's cost is an investment that will payoff 100 fold if applied correctly.
Rating: Summary: Awakening for all Self employ thinking they are in Business. Review: A very frightening book. For those who are self employ after reading the book it was real frightening to realise, infact you have create a job for youself instead of running a business. A must read for those who are running a "business' You need to understand exactly where you are in the Quartrant. Are you on the left or right side of the quartrant. Strongly recommend to those who has being sucessfully being self employ all these while and need to move on.
Rating: Summary: That is an excelent book Review: I want to now if you have this book or so many book of Robert T. Kiyasaki in spanish.
Rating: Summary: Outstanding!!!!!! Review: Worth every minute spent reading and re-reading. Presented in a refreshingly simple maner that is easy for the educationally handicapped (those with college, especially advanced degrees) to understand. Anyone interested in improving their financial IQ and income statement must have this book. And if you haven't read Rich Dad/Poor Dad, do that too!
Rating: Summary: Doing something right Review: After reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", I had the privelidge of meeting Mr Kiyosaki. The guy was wearing a watch that's worth more than my house! He must be doing something right, and I plan to learn what I can of his methods. I'm about halfway thru Cashflow Quadrant right now, and already am thinking differently about money and how to put it to work. (I feel richer already) I do find the writing style in this and RDPD to be a bit stilted and condecending in places, but the content far outweighs the sylistic flaws. Read "Rich Dad, Poor dad" first, then read Cashflow Quadrant. Then get over to the right side and become independant.
Rating: Summary: A paradigm shift of revolutionary proportions Review: Personal finance and economic writers have long toiled with the "how do i get rich!" cry from their readers. Robert's book gives clear, usable answers and strategies for financial success in todays changing economy. As an investment adviser i've recommended this book to many of my clients and the light has seemingly gone on in their head. The Cashflow Quadrant helps them understand how money works and how they can guide 'cashflow' towards them (ie. assets)instead of away from them (ie.liabilities). Anyone who is serious about creating and maintaining wealth into the next century must read this book.
Rating: Summary: A must to be passed from generation to generation. Review: This book should be a manual for all people who are now beginning to understand the economic changes that are taking place world wide. I thought I had a grip on finance and how money works. Was wrong but now gaining great insight into how to become wealthy. It is true that the wealthy get wealthier. This is due in part by their willingness to take in new and important information. I have read both The Cashflow Quadrant and RDPD. Have gained great knowledge about money by playing the game Cash Flow. Looking forward to getting and playing the advanced version. If I could give one suggestion, make sure you give a copy of The CashFlow Quadrant to your kids and any college students who are about to graduate. It could possibly save their financial lives.
Rating: Summary: A must read for anyone who wants to be financially free Review: This book (and RDPD) really opened my mind and made me think about my future. Before reading the two books, I thought only the "smart" will become rich and work hard, get a lot of money equal successful but i was so wrong. Now I became more aware of my situation and the financial traps which held me back. After reading this book, crossing quadrants isn't all that hard, but first you must face your fear and emotion. A great book for anyone who wants to become financially free.
Rating: Summary: A must read for everyone in the world!!!! Review: A great follow-up to RDPoorDad. The quadrants have really opened my eyes to my cashflow. It also helped explain why I doubled my income within 2 years and still did not feel financially free. My wife took the first step in to the S quadrant. I was able to encourage her instead of playing it safe and telling her to hold on to the 9 to 5. Great Book!
Rating: Summary: An excellent resource. Review: An excellent book that tells you how to get out of the E(employ and S(self-employed) quadrant and into the B(a business asset that runs when your enjoying your holiday-and it pays you for the privilage!!)and the I(investment), so all of us can be totally finacially secure.
