Summary: A GREAT follow-up to Rich Dad, Poor Dad!
Review: This book gets even deeper into the subject matter of how the world of making money really works. Warning: this book is very likely to turn most of your "beliefs" about making money upside down (you won't want to go back to your job tomorrow morning!). I can't wait until Robert Kiyosaki's new book comes out in 2/2000!

Summary: Worthy.
Review: Money doesn't change men, it merely unmasks them. If a man is naturally selfish or arrogant or greedy, the money brings that out, that's all. - Henry Ford

Summary: A Financial Roadmap in the Age of Unreason
Review: In the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Liu Bei and his sworn brothers were finding a niche in the tumultuous political era for about twenty years before he met the famous military strategist, Kung Ming. Robert Kiyosaki is the modern equivalent of Kung Ming in the realm of personal finance. I'm glad that I don't need twenty years to find the gem. Thanks Robert!

Summary: Fantastic book! I couldn't put it down!
Review: If you are willing to do what it takes to explode your net worth, this book will tell you exactly what to do, or more appropriately, what and how to think.

The surprise is, the first and most important step is to train your mind to think like a wealthy person. Once you really understand that, you will find yourself automatically and consistently making good financial decisions.

If you work 40 or more hours a week and have not increased your net worth five fold in the last few years, you've got the wrong attitude.

No amount of hard work will achieve the results you want untill you "THINK" clearly about money. This book will get you started on the right road.

Summary: Important reading into the next millenium.
Review: This is the first book that has clarified and shed light and direction to where we are and why some of us in the world look for and behave the way we do. This is an inspirational book for those who are disillusioned with their direction, why we sometimes struggle in life and don't seem to get the riches in life that we so desire. This is a must for those who want some clarity in their lives but more importantly, the book, based on the quadrant helps us to understand and identified ourselves and bring out the desire to where we want to go and head towards.

Summary: What we should have been taught!!
Review: It's a shame, if not a crime, that we have been taught meaningless drivel about money in general through high school and college, if at all! Where were these clear "CashFlow" concepts when we were growing up? If we were taught to be an "replaceable unit" (a mere employee), and we all were, that says nothing to the credit of teachers. "CashFlow Quadrant" concepts should be required study not later than junior high! Some will get the precepts, others will not. The difference would be that trading our time for money (a job) would be much more by choice than by the educator's litney of false and empty promises. Perhaps then the new Edision's, Franklin's and Morgan's would bring the US back to the status of most respected and wealthiest nation on earth.

Summary: Great Business Paradigm for people who want to be Free!
Review: I really enjoyed Robert's clear delineations about the employee, self-employed, business owner and investor quandrants. You'll want to learn more about his philosophy and paradigm. I totally agree that people should hold themselves accountable for their entrepreneurial spirit. You'll learn more about Rich Dads and Poor Dads and how they think. Robert creates a great business paradigm for people who want to be Free and leave the Rat Race. Robert if your reading this right now please send me a copy of your cashflow game to beta test. I will happily volunteer to use my NLP skills to learn even more of your ideas. I was enthralled and delighted when reading your book. I sincerely hope the masses pick up a copy to create even more wealth and freedom in their lives. This is truly a great business book.

Summary: Best financial information every printed for the masses.
Review: This is a must reading for every member of my family. I will buy the book for all our grown children to have as part of their libraries for future reference as well as immediate reading. I've recommended it to many people.

A clear cut discription of what the finanacial world is all about and how it operates and how you can be part of it, if you chose to. I firmly believe our children should be taught these principles in school instead of some of the accounting courses they now get--I've been there and found out. The world system is taught backwards. Learn to get out of debt and stay out of debt is the only save way to real wealth and our children are taught the opposite. This is a must reading if you really want to become wealthy.

Summary: Don't waste your money.
Review: This book is a complete waste of time.

The author throws out a lot of buzz-words and little charts about "quadrants," but he doesn't say anything specific. Much of the book seems to be a thinly disguised advertisment for other books and products of the author -- a la Wade Cook.

Once you get through all the mumbo-jumbo, his "advice" consists of: (1) Start your own business, and (2) Invest in rental property (but only if it will generate a positive cash flow).

Nothing too earth-shattering about either of the above. Unfortunately, the author doesn't give you any advice or practical suggestions on how to do either other than to find a "mentor" who is successul and is willing to teach you what he knows.

Summary: Strongly recommended for all samll business owner.
Review: Together with my husband we have being operating a very successful business for the past 20years. There are many portion in the book I strongly agree with what Robert say.It is a reflection of what we have being through. His anlayse of why "S" kind of "business" failure within the first 5years and 10years is very true as we have being there ourselve.First 5years due to lack of experience and capital.2nd 5years due to lack of Energy. After reading the book we realise that we need to look for new blood to injet ENERGY into operation. Also instead of operating only one sucessful outlet, with our experience and capital we can train others to operate similiar outlets. Instead of operating ourselves we can have up to ten outlets operating at the same time. Many of what has being written is a practical facts. We will continue to use this book as a dictionary for references when we faces different situations in our evrydays operation. We also refer to the book when we run out of ideas. It is a book you must have if you are thinking of starting on yourself or if you have started and find that you are too deeply involve in your "business" not being able to have much free time for yourselves or your family. Learn from someone who have gone through the progrcess all this year. This book will help me made $$ million ,you too can if you know how to apply it to your advantage.
