Rating: Summary: Very Eye Opening Review: I started reading this book before I left my job to go full time with my business. It really helped me to start looking at making money rather than earning money. A true business owner (the B quadrant) has a system and plugs people into that system therefore your business becomes system dependent rather than people dependent. As a network marketer it was encourging to see him speak so highly about the industry. He really makes you start thinking outside of the box and understand that the traditional way to make money is dead, this is the dawning of a new day.
Rating: Summary: The Best Business Book Ever Written! Review: This book renders every other business/career/investing book that I have ever read or seen to be totally useless. When it comes to understanding money, once and for all, this book clears up the mysterious haze that clouds the minds of the masses (myself included). Finally, I know what I have been REALLY doing wrong and I know what to do with my life! It is SO SAD that so much time and paper has been wasted by middle class advisors trying to teach the middle class and poor to be rich. The blind leading the blind! Buy this book, and learn why you, your friends and your relatives have been living your life in complete wealth ignorance. I read this book a week ago, and I am still amazed.
Rating: Summary: I can't rave enough! Review: I am a banking and finance lawyer with a masters degree, but no one has ever taught me this powerful information before. Quite possibly the most valuable book I have ever read, I immediately re-read it and highlighted and wrote out the most valuable lessons. I read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and thought it was good, although mostly common sense, but this book is just amazing! You must get the game, too - it has been incredibly valuable for me to teach my partner the "rules" without him having to read the book. I am now doing some property development, looking for a commercial property investment (positive cashflow, of course!) and starting up a business. Reading the book and playing the game has given me the confidence to go out there and play the game of life!
Rating: Summary: Keep the Dream Alive Review: If you ever wanted to tell your boss to "Take this job and shove it". Don't waste any more time. Buy this book now. It is the freedom you've been searching for. Robert Kiyosaki will show you the way.
Rating: Summary: Cash Flow is the way to go! Review: It was like a breath of fresh air. Finally, someone is sharing the secrets of the rich. I read the book twice, and ordered the free cassette and also paid for the game. Brought the game to my family home in Miami, so that my son's and daughter in laws could take advantage of the information. The game is a very practical way to learn the thinking of the rich investor while having some fun too. I can't wait for the next book on in depth investing by this author. I read the"millionaire next door" and this book takes you much further faster. I have used this book to make a new set of goals for the next 6 years that will take me to the designed life style that I deserve. By getting others to learn the "cash Flow" thinking, and working the business that we are lucky enough to be in, we will be earning a passive income, that exceeds our expenses, and frees us up to do the things we want to do. I must thank the very successful business friend who recommended this book and pass the info along to others. It is only fair.
Rating: Summary: Partial review Review: I've read the first chapter of this book and the complete "Rich dad, Poor dad"....very informative and useful. Since he wrote based on the American stock & property markets, can anyone recommend one for the Malaysian markets? I would recommend this book to everyone irrespective of where you are..why? Because the main objective is the need to change our paradigm..our way of looking at money and our future...market-wise is not that important.
Rating: Summary: Find the Diamonds hidden in the rough Review: Hidden between his strong upsell to his $300 board game and his 'you can do it too' motivational talk are some very good insights into the fiancial mind. By far the best concept is Kiyosaki's cash flow quadrant - where do you lie on it and what does that mean for how you've been thinking about leveraging your talents? Also hidden throughout are other pieces of sage advice about the skills and traits needed to become financially adept. Be picky as to what you take from this book and you'll enjoy it very much.
Rating: Summary: My little voice is finally gets her auidence. Review: I am a "B" (s)trapped (financially) in an "E" world. I have always been a "B" by nature, however after graduating from a well known university, the only advise I received was to get a job, which I did. 15 years later, I have had the pleasure of knowing that my desires and dreams are not something that only a few "lucky" people achieve. I consumed the book so well in the past in 2 days that I have been able to explain it's "meat" well enough to friends that they are interested in reading the book as well. After reading the book, the small voice that I have kept hushed is screaming, "I told you so! " I can't wait for part III of Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Mr. Kiyosaki, keep up the good work, and thank you.
Rating: Summary: EXCELLENT, LIFE CHANGING! Review: This would have to be the most inspirational book I have ever read! It opened up my eyes to the real world of business and finance. After I read this book I did not want to go back to work. Anyone who is disenchanted with his/her 9 to 5 job must read this book. You will never look back!
Rating: Summary: Must read if you want true success. Review: I cannot believe how good this book is, it has change my financial life forever.
