Summary: romance, intrigue and a lot of humor!!
Review: When a young newspaper editor, Jamie Swift, gets entangled in an investigation involving death threats and murder, she realizes that the newspaper may be involved. When a brilliant and handsome man, Max Holt, enters the picture bearing a box of doughnuts the story just becomes more intriguing. Between x-rated lingerie stores, hot personal ads and the relationship between Jamie and Max temperatures climb in the not-so-sleepy setting of Beaumont, South Carolina. Janet Evanovich and Charlotte Hughs have woven a fun tale of intrigue, desire and murder. Evanovich's sense of quirky humor runs throughout this story. If you are looking for steamy romance with a little intrigue and a lot of humor you will not be disappointed.

Summary: JE & CH Bring it Back with Full Blast!
Review: Whereas I swore after the 3rd Full book I would never buy another, I broke down and picked this up at the airport. Thank God I did, because it was grrreat! It had some mystery, some romance, some humor, and some of that wackiness that's made me grow to love JE books! Quick, easy read over a flight across the US. I loved the "heat" between Jamie and Max and believe it or not, I wasn't able to guess who the murderer was until the very end. Definitely RECOMMENDED by this reader!

Summary: The Best "Full" book of all!
Review: While i did enjoy the first three books in this series, I liked this one the best. Vera finally wakes up and starts to really come alive and Max and Jamie managed to keep the danger to a minimum. I'm sad to see the series end, I want more Max and Jamie!

Summary: Why?
Review: Why does a great writer like Janet Evanovich put her name on this inferior series? If she wants to give Charlotte Hughes some money, just write her a check!

The dialogue in this book sounds like it was written by Muffin ... the characters are so boring that you want to make up your own list for the killer to take out!

Since this is fourth in the series and there is seemingly no improvement in the writing, I suggest Janet ditch this project and stick to writing her excellent Plum series!
