Summary: Mental Toughness is a Top Priority
Review: "Fearless Tennis" is an excellent tool for ensuring stroke and tactical skills are implimented during match play. The lesson plan is easy to follow and understand. The audio format allows me to listen with eyes closed and really hear what's being said.

Jeff's coaching points are clear and concise and his advise has helped me on and off the court. I picked up several great ideas that I plan to use regularly. If you're looking for the power to use what you know when you need it most- you can't go wrong with "Fearless Tennis".

Summary: fearless
Review: as an avid tennis player and fan, i've often ruminated on a thought
attributed to boris becker: 'the fifth set of a grand slam final
has nothing to do with tennis'...

jeff greenwald's entertaining cd fills in the blanks as to all that becker beheld; the intricacies of the mental game...

as a carrer skeptic, i approached my first listen with caution.
jeff's easy going style and real day to day, match to match ideas
won me over. importantly, i played better! immediately worth the price of admission...

there's something here for every player. i highly recommend you give it your ear.

Summary: HOW TO STOP BEATING YOURSELF ON THE COURT
Review: Greenwald explores the paradox of competition: how wanting to win makes us lose. He encourages players at every level to forget the outcomes and learn how to savor the experience of play, which releases their winning potential. In what is much more than a tutorial, he answers questions and illustrates his points with vivid anecdotes from his sports psychology practice and his own tournament experience. He explains what transformed his own game from frustration to joy, and his performance from mid-rank to championship.

Summary: Mr. Greenwald's CDs are EXCELLENT!
Review: I consider myself a very good athlete, but I used to lose tennis matches to lesser athletes because I would get tight mentally and give points/games/sets away. Mr. Greenwald's advice on mental aspects of tennis has had a greater positive impact on my game than anything else I have tried. Speed, strength, stamina, racquets, shoes, sunglasses, etc., cannot help you win tennis matches if your mind does not allow you to play like you practice. Mr. Greenwald's breathing techniques alone have allowed me to win matches I would have lost in the past. His CDs are full of techniques that should allow anyone to reach their full potential (or get in the "zone" to which Pete Sampras, for example, refers in interviews after he plays unbelievably well). They contain so much useful information that I still find them helpful even after listening from beginning to end numerous times on my way to and from work and tournaments. Mr. Greenwald is an excellent speaker and he keeps you engaged from beginning to end with practical techniques, personal breakthroughs, and mental strategies. Now, I am hitting tennis balls as hard and cleanly in matches as I do in practice.

Summary: Shows to how to bring your best game to the court!
Review: I've done a lot of sports in my life, and have only rarely been given any guidance by coaches about how to address the issue of nerves, tension, relaxation, focus, and playing my best physical game while my mental side was going crazy with the tension of the moment. It's no easy task, but Jeff Greenwald's "Fearless Tennis" finally tackles a subject that affects all of us who play the game, any game for that matter. Relaxing and hitting our best stuff under the pressure of a match, at any level, has always been elusive at best. It's obvious when your hear this CD, that Jeff has "been there". His professional experience on the tour gives credence to his insights on how the pressure of a match can undermine so devastatingly our ability to hit the ball like we do when it doesn't count. I think Jeff has done us all a great service by combining his extensive match experience, knowledge of the game, and advanced psychological training to produce this CD. I feel like Jeff has lifted a real load of mental anguish off my shoulders every time I walk on a court. I'm playing more relaxed, hitting out more on the pressure points, and am making fewer errors. I have mixed emotions about letting everybody know about this great CD.
It's helped me immensely , I'm just not sure I want my opponents to know this stuff too!
