Review: This book will keep you guessing, keep your heart pounding, and keep you page turning untill you finnally reach the end. The nice part about it, is that the plot is purely original, unlike many mystery books, and is unpredictable. Many authors like Agatha Cristie get into ruts and keep writing the same mysteries over again, except they cange it a bit. I guaruntee, this is nothing like any mystery novel you've ever read! Ten people are invited to an island by one mysterious host. And one by one they die...

Review: And Then There Were None was a thrilling murder mystery that kept you wondering who the murderer was throughout the book. The book was interesting because "Mr. Owen", the owner of Indian Island, invited ten complete strangers to his house as guests. Why were these people invited to the island? You find out all the guests had committed a murder not punishable by law. This made the book spooky because all the guests died off one by one and the last guest (who was not the murderer) hung herself. This is an excellent novel with well developed characters and interesting plot turns. I recommend it to anyone who likes mysteries and wants to be scared!

Review: A wonderful mix of emotion , creativity, and imagination, And Then There Were None is a phenomenal murder-mystery book that pulls you into the story, and keeps you always on your toes and guessing. Agatha Christie did a remarkable job in providing vivid details about the characters and their emotions and personalities, specific scenes in the book's plot and important events, and did an over-all fantastic job at providing just enough information to make you think you know the killer, but not enough to make you sure. The use of a poem to represent things to come is a nice touch to the eerie and coincidental sequence of events. One moment the book might lead you to believe that you know the person guilty of the murders, and then evidence is introduced that makes you believe it's someone else. Sometimes you think is the murderer becomes the victim of a murderer. Definitely a book that's hard to put down.

Review: Ten Little Indians (And Then There Were None) was a startling and clever mystery about ten interesting people with questionable backgrounds together on a strange island. At first it was hard to keep track of ten characters' personalities and pasts. I liked how the tension grew with each "death," but I wish the living characters' guilt would have come out more. The setting of a plain, new, contemporary house on a straightforward island near the mainland that was regularly used for parties made it even more mysterious. It made the story more mysterious because they could easily conclude that they were the only ones on the island, there weren't any hiding places, and it wasn't the classic old mansion and thunderstorm, murder mystery setting. This made for a well-developed and suspenseful novel.

Ten Little Indians whisks you away to the desolate Indian Island where a group of ten people have all been invited for recreation, relaxation, and a week of fun. However, the fun stops after dinner when a chilling record is played, charging all ten of being involved in murder! After that, one by one, the guests are murdered in the manner described in a child's nursery rhyme. Wits pit against wits as the victims try to find the murderer, and more paranoia ensues when they find out it's one of them! Finally, the last person dies, and then there were none. This classic is full of surprises and keeps you guessing until the end. Another wonderful book by mystery novelist, Agatha Christie.

Review: Agatha Christie tied a psychological thriller to a physical mystery involving real people. The murderer in this story used physical weapons, like pistols and poison to do some of his/her crimes. He also, however, used psychological weapons. The psychological weapons consisted of fear, guilt, and the like. Agatha Christie's book had psychological and almost superstitious happenings, because the characters sometimes weren't exactly sure if the killer was human or otherwise. It also happened that physical things, like model Indians being taken off a table caused psychological feelings, like fear and panic. This book is indeed well written. The sign of a good author is one that can take an old concept, like the plot of this book, and turn it into a delightful mystery thriller. I would recommend this book to anyone that likes a quick but complex book. If you like a Sherlock Holmes story, this book is for you.

Review: Ten went to the island to get away from life's hassels for a week, but only one came back. In the novel, And Then There Were None, by Agatha Christie, ten strangers are brought together through a series of mysterious letters. When they arrive at their destination, it is announced that their host and hostess will be delayed a day. Yet, before morning comes, two of the ten guests are dead. Earlier in the evening a tape is played to the guests. On it are accusations of murder directed towards each one of them. It soon becomes apparant that they were all gathered here to be punished for the murders they committed, murders the law could not touch. When the third person has been killed, the seven that are left conclude that the killer must be one of them. As the story progresses, more people die, and the suspense becomes unbearable as each of the guests try to figure out who the killer is and escape their demise. Although the book is a bit boring in the beginning, the suspense quickly builds. Also, there are many characters to keep track of, but you become familiar with them within the first few chapters. The clues and evidence make you put the book down for a minute to try and come up with the murderer before he/she is revealed. The book actually makes you think, which is a very rare thing, even for a mystery.

Review: I thought this book to be an interesting book, and the plot was superb. Agatha Christie kept her readers on the edge. I found this hard put down, and the constant elimantaion of the characters kept you thinking. I think this book is great!

Summary: What a suspenseful tale!
Review: This was a brillient intriguing mystery. Agatha Christie put a lot of detail into this book. I had an idea about who the murderer was, I won't say who though. Her characters are so interesting and each have such an interesting tale that you simply cannot put the book down! I loved it, and I am only a pre-teen! Great for all ages. This book was great all the way through. My only suggestion is that maybe you would want to read a more difficult version. Again, this book was exilerating, intriguing, adventurous, suspensful and interesting.
