Review: Mick Foley has written a book that should be read... it's just that simple. It doesn't matter if you've been a long time fan of wrestling or a long time opponent. This book, while existing mostly in a wrestling setting, speaks deeply on many aspects of life in general. Yes, it does provide wonderful insight to the hottest thing on TV today, but more than that, it opens a window to the soul of an intelligent, loving, devoted and damn entertaining man.

It's an awesome insight into the business and also into the mind and heart of Mick Foley, one of the toughest and most inspiring wrestlers out there. Any wrestling fan out there absolutely needs to read this book.
