Summary: Excellent Book!!!!!
Review: I am one of the dozens and dozens of Mankind's Fans. I got to admit this, I can't put this book down. It is one of the best books, I had read so far. One thing great about this book, it can be used as a weapon! I whacked this book on someone's head who tried take my book away from me.

Summary: A very nice day indeed.
Review: Mick has written by far one of the best books I've ever read and it's almost hard to believe that he's a pro-wrestler and that he can still write even though he's had so many concussions throughout the years. Why not read it? He gives a good insight on both his career and the pro-wrestling world. Kudos for Foley.

Summary: BEST BIOGRAPHY, BEST BOOK EVER
Review: Mick Foley earned to be where he is today, and that is something that many cannot say. His sacrafices (body, food, health, etc) to obtain his goal is an inspiration to millions. This book will show wrestling in a whole new light for those doubters and naysayers. Mick Foley did a great job on writing this book by combining the perfect mixture of ingredients--humor, truth, reality, and seriousness when need be. I have read many books, but this one I could not put down. I reccommend it to anyone--wrestling fan or no wrestling fan. If you want a book about dedication, and about fufilling and obtaining your dreams and goals, then this is the book for you.

Summary: Unbelievable...
Review: Mick Foley, possibly one of the most colorful, and interesting characters to ever step ingo the strange and insane world of professional wrestling (or sports entertainment, if you will). For the past decade, Mick Foley had attained a cult following from his countless work in the North American Independents, as well as in the orient, where in Japan he competed in the most insane, and brutal matches ever devised by mankind.

Is Foley "insane"? No. Mick Foley is an intricate human being who set a goal in a profession smeared in mainstream ridicule. He helped spear the revolution of professional wrestling in the United States with his colorful promo's, and sickening bumps that would make even the loudest critics of professional wrestling stand up and take notice to this man that overflows with testicular fortitude.

What we have now is a book of his life. A true autobiography that will entertain you, as well as enlighten you to the life on the road of a professional wrestler, and a family man.

Summary: Go Foley!
Review: To put this book in minimum amount of words I have to say Fab-u-los! Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! Best I've ever read! Mankind rules! Best Book Ever! By the way, you better have, "HAVE A NICE DAY" by Mankind(Mick Foley)

Summary: The best damn book ever written
Review: Just now, I finished the greatest book ever written. There is one special reason that this is my favorite book When I usually read something, no matter what it is, I tend to rush through it, skimming some parts. This book, I found myself reading every word carefully, and even re-reading certain paragraphs, if I didn't understand something. It took me over a whole week to finish, but it was worth it.

What is the "DDP Cookie Story"? How about the beach incident with Steve Austin? Read this book, and you will find out the answers to those questions, plus the brutally honest retelling of Mick Foley's career, from the man himself.

This book had me litterally rolling on the floor, laughing my head off one minute, to nearly crying the next. If you want a nice long book, that really tests your emotions as you read, pick up "Have A Nice Day" by Mick Foley. After all, over 700 sprial notebook pages, and one man's endless time and effort, can't be ignored.

Summary: The Larry Bird Of Wrestling Captivates The Reader
Review: This is a well written and enjoyable (even if he does pick on my hometown wrestling hero, Al Snow) book that tells the trials and tribulations that Mick Foley endures to get to the top of the wrestling world. Like the NBA's Larry Bird, a big white guy who couldn't jump and is not blessed with the greatest physical attributes, Mick achieves success through total dedication and hard work. It teaches a lesson that is just as applicable to business and school as it is to wrestling. It is written in a style where you almost feel like Mick is sitting in the room with you recounting his tales. It gives you a new understanding of what the life of a professional wrestler is really like.

The only negative to the book is that some of the book's language and sexual references made it a tough call as to whether I should let my 13 year old son, and WWF fan, read it. In the end, I felt that the redeeming qualities of the book out weighed this negative and he is now readng it as we speak.

Good job Mick!!

Summary: Like sitting and having a beer with a great storyteller!
Review: When I picked up this book I was a bit worried that the "Mick" from the WWF is just a character. Well, he is, but not in the way that I worried about. Mick is the same great guy that appears on TV and at promo appearances.

In reading Mick Foley's book I find myself feeling like I'm sitting on a barstool listening to the best storyteller in town, except in this case he's telling his life story.

Mrs. Foley should be very proud of her little boy, he's done a terrific job (as in employment, not as in losing) in writing his life story.
