Rating: Summary: Have a nice day! Review: First of all.....long live Foley! Being a fan already I couldn't wait to get this book. When I got it, I never wanted to stop. Anyone who loves tales of competition, desire, and testicular fortitude will love this book! FOLEY IS GOD!
Rating: Summary: Once Again The WWF Comes Out On Top! Review: This is a very indepth look into the world of sports-entertainment. Like Dwayne Johnson's upcoming release, The Rock Says..., Mick Foley takes us into the life and many characters he has made known as "Cactus Jack, Mankind, Dude Love & more." This was truly one of the most compelling books I ever read. You won't be able to put this one down. Wrestling fan or not, when you read Have A Nice Day or The Rock Says..., you will not only understand wrestling, you'll respect it.
Rating: Summary: Have a nice day,a tale of blood and sweatsocks Review: This is a no holds barred story of proffessionalwrestling. Written by the hardcore legend of the sport.Mick Foley isone of the best performers to ever grace the squared circle and in this book he pulls no punches and takes no prisoners. This is an outstanding book that all of you who say wrestling is fake and the men and women who wrestle are not real athletes should read. Mick tells his stories of death matches, cage fights, and of course the HELL IN A CELL match with the Undertaker. He tells stories of friends and foes who he likes and doesn`t like. You will laugh almost cry and gain a whole new respect for pro wrestlers. Some of the stories make you cringe especially when you figure out that most of us made more money in the 80`s than Mick did without all the injuries. Mick Foley is truly THE HARDCORE LEGEND and will be remebered for years to come. Thank you Mick Foley for entertaining me for all these years. RC

Rating: Summary: A Book About Much More Than Professional Wrestling. Review: FOLEY IS GOD!Mick Foley is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. While his autobiography focuses mostly on his chosen profession of sports entertaiment, it trancends it at the same time. It is a tale of sacrifice and seeing dreams fulfilled. From the time he was a young man untill he ultimately found fame in the WWF, Mr. Foley sacrificed his body and social life for one driving goal, to entertain. With the release of his autobiography, he now does this in two mediums, on television and in the printed word. Mr. Foley has a refreshing and easy flowing writing style. It's as if the author is sitting across the table from you relating his story. A major new talent has been uncovered beneath the mask of Mankind (one of Mr. Foley's three wrestling personas.) What comes through is a truly inspirartional and touching story about a man who does everything to entertain the fans who love him. You can count me as one of the many who do. Even if you don't like 'fake' wrestling, pick up a copy of this wonderful book and read it. The man behing the mask has a lot to teach all of us, about holding on to your dreams and never ever giving up on them. No matter what obstacles life sets in your way. The warning on the inside of the jacket should not be taken lightly, this book is not for the squeminsh. The first chapter goes into great detail on how he lost most of his right ear, and contains several other graphic descriptions on the injuries he has suffered in the pursuit of his career.
Rating: Summary: Mick Foley is God Review: Mick Foley is indeed god. Those who have read his book would know why. You will find out all about his injuries like his burn from a c4 explosion and his scars and bruises he has endured. If you ask me I think he's the best. I never was a really big wrestling fan until I read his book. The people who read the book will find out just how real wrestling is.
Rating: Summary: Many Nice Days Review: Any wrestling fan will enjoy this book. The many pages read conversationally, with Mick occasionally getting off track for awhile. While we know wrestling is "sports entertainment", very few make it in the big time and after reading this book you will know why. Wouldn't recommend for under 14 year olds though. Some adult language and innuendo.
Rating: Summary: An increible book by an increidble man Review: I knew this book was going to be a good one, the moment I read a piece of it in a magazine this past summer. But I did not realize it would be this humorous, candid, and otherwise outstanding. Why the critics won't review it is beyond me, but, Mr. Foley, if you are reading this, I hope that we can see more literary work out of you in the very near future.
Rating: Summary: Mankind: Have a Nice Day Review: This is probably one of the truest books I have ever read it shows you the struggles of a man trying to achive his dream the hardships of living on the road and also the laughs and crying of being in a trying sport, Wrestling. This is an excellent heartfelt book. A truly Great read!
Rating: Summary: Mick Foley is GOD Review: Unbelievable. This book is the best biography ever written. Mick Foley takes us back to the day when he was a little kid jumping off roofs. To his days in the World Wrestling Federation. This is a must read for anyone who enjoys wrestling and an extremely hard worker.
