Summary: what can i say? he's a genius
Review: Artemis Fowl is back, with his one last adventure. he has designed a C cube using fariy technolagy. Artemis plans to offer a deal to bussiness man Jon Spiro, and finds that for the first time (and probably last) he is outwitted. poor set up artemis again escapes by a hair, and, in seconds, finds another problem on his hands. Butler has been motally wounded! (i won't give away any more of the story, even though i've barely told you anything) it leaves you in the beginning of the story with a thrilling and frightened feeling, and you are kept wondering "can artemis pull it off again, or will this be his first failiure?" artemis must once again look to the fairies for help, and that involeves artemis again being forced to team-up with his half-enemy, half-friend, Holly Short. (mulch diggums is there too, so there's no need to worry) you get to see more of juliet, butler's sister, and she runs in the family, i assure you. this book has even more of artemis's witty, sly, and amazingly intelligent schemes, which will keep you hanging on to the last word. colfer must have spent A LOT of time making these plans of artemis's - or maybe he's just really intelligent. but once again he will blow you away, and you will have to read the book a few times before you take in every funny, serious, and unbarebly bright moments of artemis fowl. this is one book anybody of any age can put on their reading list. ...

Summary: The Best Colfer book Yet!
Review: Artemis Fowl the Eternity code is by far the best in the series. It is the most well written and suspenseful book yet. It has its sad and scary moments. But, by the end you'll want there to be another sequel.

Summary: Best of the three!
Review: Quite frankly, I disagree with the people who preferred the other two. Yes, I do see the toss-up between this one and the debut, but the second one? It was shameful. This book is more exciting, more engaging and puts satires to shame. Don't think its too stereotyped. It's not. I would love to know what goes on inside Colfer's head.

Summary: Only four stars this time
Review: The truth is I haven't read all of it yet but it's shaping up to be as good as the first two and just as good as Harry Potter and Playtrain. I reccomend reading the first two first and if you don't like it try Playtrain. That's my favorite!

Summary: ... Good read!!
Review: This is a really great book! considering the fact that the first book in this series is my favorite book, of course i had to read this one at one time or another. i was pretty sceptical (however the spelling!) of this one being any good considering how i thought that the 2nd one wasn't any good... but eoin colfer came back with a great possible ending to the series although i realy hope there is another one. being longer than the first two, it has much more room for questions and answers and a bettwer plot. speaking of plot, this book has the best plot ever. concerning the name, "eternity code" an eternity code is a code that would suposovly take forever to break, as artemis hopes it will, because he accidentally gave fairy magic to a power-hungary mortal!! now he has to go to chicago and get his magic, the c-cube back! full of suspense and loads of fairy stuff, this book is a must read for anyone! hope i helped...

Summary: really good but end just doesnt measure up
Review: The third installment of Artemis Fowl is just as magical and magnicent as the books. Maybe even more, it had action adventure and took place in the human world instead of the fairy one. THe villan was more real and terrifying than the first two books becuase it was something that could really happen with a multimillionair who doesnt care about other people or the environment, and for the first time, artemis fowl is on the fairies side. But sadly the end of the book wasnt as good and just cut off, like im doin right now!!

Summary: Clever as Ever
Review: Artemis still has it all. Amazingly clever, wise, dangerous, and definatly brains. I could hardly put the book down, yes I'll admit that this book has a differnt but not a bad twist to it. Colfer almost borderlined this book to a 4 with all the stuff with Juliet. There is not as much magic in this one, but, really high tech though. Overall I thought the book was a big success and a incredibly enjoyable book. I look forward to seeing more of the Fowl mastermind in the fture.

Summary: Depends on how you look at it
Review: This book, The Eternity Code, depends on the reader's point of view. Basically, why do you like the Artemis Fowl series? Was it the plot, the characters, or the idea of the story?

If you like Artemis Fowl for the plot, this particular book is very specific in some areas and patchy in others. The operation that Arty cooks up in this story is very explanatory. It tells how he does it, and mainly why. However, there are some areas that are uncovered. The C-Cube was a nice invention, but what happened to it? If everyone's memory's removed, why does Juliet suddenly go to wrestling, instead of going back to bodygaurding?

The characters are similarly patchy. Artemis is now more three demensional, occasionally feeling actual human emotion. You get sides of Holly and Foaly you have never seen before. But Spiro and his goons? Stereotypical images of big, strong people with little brains. And Spiro? Typical megalomaniac who loves to gloat.

The story however, was original. A child prodigy using his talents not to help the world, but to use them for criminal and personal purposes. Never has anyone seen a book portraying a mere child so precocious, so intelligent, and so like a Mob Boss. (That was the reason I wanted to read this book)

As I said before, this story depends on how you look at it. But the good things outweigh the bad. I give this a four.

Summary: Excellent Read
Review: This book is an excellent read (hence the title). It not only is fast-paced but is filled with action. It also shows the intelligence and planning side of the mission. However, read the first two novels in the series (Artemis Fowl, Artemis Fowl: The Arctic Incident), which are also great books. Being an adult level-reader, getting a break with this lighter read is what I enjoy.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Just when you thought that boy's got some heart
Review: If you have been reading the series, you got a glimpse in "The Artic Incident" that Artemis might actually care. He just might not actually be ALL evil. In this novel, you find out, yep, he really does care. The book begins with Artemis finally meeting his match and Butler loosing his life. Artemis realizes his plans and scheming have gone too far and sorely regrets his mistakes. He now has to find a way to get the LEPrecons to help, but do they want to help him? Now, if you think I'm telling too much, well, read the book and you'll see I'm not evening chipping the ice burg.

I love these books. The characters are extremely diverse and the story line is packed full with action and adventure. I would recomend them to everyone.
