Summary: AWESOME BOOK - LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT ONE!!
Review: This book was amazing, I waited in line for a hour for this book on the day it came out. This book was another eye-opener. Look out world, He is coming soon.

Summary: Once again a great page turner!
Review: This book was even better than the first four! The story stayed focused yet took you in new directions at every turn. The ecape from the airport was written so well I felt I was there. These are the best and most important books(save from one) I have ever read. Thank You! Also thank you for the children's companion series. My 9 year old son has started them because of my interest and now the two of us read together! If only more young people would read them maybe they would understand how important the right choices they make as young adults will affect their whole lives! Please print the next one soon!

Summary: Can't wait for the Movie
Review: A great read. I would rank it 3rd in the series. Lahaye, and Jenkins have a style that grabs you early in the story and never lets go. One can only hope that someone will make a movie or mini series out of the whole series.

Summary: Good christian beliefs -- but bad writing
Review: Dr. Lehaye and Mr. Jenkins might very well be right about how the End Times will occur. Their depiction of this is interesting, although I tend to doubt that any man could accurately predict what would happen. This is the good part.

The bad part is that they are uniformly bad writers. Bad writers in the sense that their plots are predictable, their dialogue stilted, their characters flat stereotypes, and their prose workmanlike and unexceptional. If John Grisham wrote Christian thrillers instead of legal ones, this is what he would create.

There are many, many excellent Christian books out there, although, I confess, not many which deal with the End Times. I would recommend "The Moviegoer" by Walker Percy in particular. "The Power and The Glory" by Graham Greene is another good one, as is "A Month of Sundays" by John Updike. All these books examine man and society's relationship with God and the Christian faith, but do so with a more piercing eye and fluid pen than Lahaye and Jenkins.

Summary: I beleive these men are from God.
Review: I truely beleive these men are inspired by God to write these books. They are writen in a away that all who read them can understand them. When you pick one up you can't put it down. There's no flowery writeing that other Christian authors use, just a plane to the point text, that grabs you.

Summary: It is the most captivating book that I have ever read.
Review: Apollyon is the best written book by Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins since Left Behind. If it doesn't make you think of revelations and the end of the world nothing will. I have to keep reminding myself that this is a fictional book. If Tim LaHaye left these books only for the people "Left Behind" He would save a number of souls during the rapture. Bring on the movie!

Summary: Writing that is smooth as silk
Review: Once again LaHaye and Jenkins have put together an excellent book. While the presentation lacked some of the originality of the first four books (perhaps familiarity breeds contempt, only a little, though), the book is an easy and enjoyable read. The authors through this series have created believable characters with amazing depth and realism. You find yourself identifying with them and wanting to be a part of their lives, despite the awful circumstances. Almost makes me want to miss the Rapture just to be associated with the brave souls who will be here to live in that unimaginable period of history. This series should be read by any would-be writer to understand what is good, easy-to-read fiction. Of course, the key to good character development is believable and sharp dialogue and these novels have it. One last minor criticism is that I would have liked a more climatic ending to this book. Perhaps some kind of cliffhanger? Frustrating as such is, it is also exciting to have that anticipation. The ending fell kind of flat, but I'm being very picky. Overall, a great book I would pay full price for again.

Summary: Awesome!!!
Review: Continueing in the tradition of Left Behind, Tribulation Force, Nicolae, and Soul Harvest, Apollyon continues as Rayford, Buck, and Chloe try to win as many souls for Christ before the wrap-up of history. Meanwhile Nicolae Carpaithia is desperately trying to exterminate the Christian Faith. All in the midst of some very painful bugs!

Summary: WATCH OUT! TRUTH vs. CLEVER LIES...
Review: Since Dec. 28, 1998, I have read each of books in the Left Behind series. I have found I cannot lay these books down! My average is a 2 day read with the characters becoming such friends of mine that I find myself wondering what they are doing while I wait for my next book in the series to arrive from Amazon. I have not been disappointed yet with any of the story lines. APOLLYON is by far the most frightening to me in that I realize these catastrophes could truly happen the way they are fictionalized in the series. APOLLYON lead me back to Revelation to read for myself in greater detail than I have ever approached it before. As a Christian Catholic, I can readily see where egos could evolve leading 'unscriptured' people to the wrong conclusions by 'The Great Deceiver.' APOLLYON is a wonderful narrative that makes my brain keep thinking after the book is read. It makes me know that I must always be onguard and realize that even though I don't know the 'day. time nor hour,' it is solely my own responsibility to feret the truth as recorded in scriptures while accessing everyday society and happenings that could easily lead me in the wrong direction. I hope this series never ends, although I realize it must certainly because of His Glorious Second Coming which I won't see because I will have been raptured.

Summary: I DREAD THE DAY WHEN THERE AREN'T ANY MORE!!!
Review: Tim and Jerry: Let me add my praise to the fine works you have produced. You will never know how they have boosted my own faith, and made me realize that we christians can't just sit back and wait for "someone else" to do the work we have been called to do. Yes, the end as we know it is coming, and sadly, thousands are doomed to experience the prophesies you have outlined unless WE intervene. I now feel like a Tribulation Force member, and feel even more privileged to witness for Christ. Rayford, Buck, Chloe, Tsion and the others feel like family!! And for those scoffers out there, LOOK in the book of REVELATION! This is not man's idea of the entimes, this is GOD'S WORD! Prove it to yourself and read it, then get these books!! They will change your way of thinking, and even more importantly, your very life.
