Review: I thought this installment was the best yet. I managed to polish it off in less than two days. I am upset now because I have to wait until till summer until I can read the next book!!! I love this series. It is easy to read and fun!

Summary: Could'nt put it down - When does the next book arrive?
Review: I have read all 5 books and can't wait for the 6th. I'm proud to say even my husband has read them and now understands when I say I don't want to be here for the tribulation. Thank you Mr. LaHaye for your and Mr. Jenkins books. God bless you both.

Summary: Apollyon is the best book yet of the Left Behind series.
Review: From reading other reviews and criticism of the Left Behind series, I know that many people who object to it do so because they do not agree with the theological theory that Jesus will "rapture" his believers before the Tribulation begins. Frankly, I don't care which theory will prove correct, because I know I'm headed up with Him. No one really knows whether the believers will be gone during the Tribulation, hence the debate. I have found these books to be Biblically accurate, realizing of course that fiction books must take some license in order to further the story (Left Behind takes very little poetic license, however). I like this series, and especially Apollyon, because it has inspired me, awed me, and scared me to death because I don't want anyone I know to experience the terrible things that are described here! I read the part about the demon locusts at night before bed and frankly, that was a mistake. The stark, frightening images haunted my dreams. That is why I think any Christian, no matter where he or she may fall on the Rapture debate, should read this book series. We need to get the Word out to everyone we know, especially our unbelieving friends, so souls can be saved and God can be glorified. I recommend the entire Left Behind series highly, and the accompanying young adult series as well. Don't miss this opportunity to use this continuing story to reach out to unbelievers you know.

Summary: Great Series!
Review: This series is a great concept. I received the first 3 books for Christmas and have been on the edge of my seat in anticipation of the next. It finally came with Apollyon and now I'm waiting for the next book. I find these books very captivating and you get drawn into the characters lives. I would advise anyone to purchase this book and the entire series.

Summary: Great Book for Christians and those who are searching.
Review: This is the best book in the series. I could not put this book down. The defined characters continue to amaze me. The storyline is appealing to both Christians and those searching for their own spirituality.

Summary: Outstanding! This is a must read I finished it in 2 days.
Review: Outstanding! This is a must read I couldn't put it down. If you are a Christian this will make you stop and thank God for his grace in your life. If your not a Christian you should read this entire series, start with "Left Behind" you will enjoy the books and hopefully you'll come to Christ.

Summary: Better than the rest-- and I'm only half-way through!
Review: The pre-eminent work of Christian fiction, the Left Behind series continues to surpass itself in scope, drama, and spiritual impact. Apollyon, the newest installment in the series has already proven to be more spellbinding than the rest. With a predicted seven more titles to follow, the fifth show no signs of subject-fatigue, the usually characteristic drabness that has infected other series works. Apollyon continues the story of Rayford, Buck, Chloe, and Tsion as they gather for the Meeting of the Witnesses. Expect a surprise appearance and more suspense than any of the prior books. I am utterly enthralled by this work of fiction, due mostly to the fact that friends of mine may face the same circumstances one day. The good news that there is truly a better place prepared for those who believe is clear and undiluted as Tsion Ben-Judah teaches the gathered witnesses. What more can be said? Make sure that you aren't Left Behind-- then read the books! Robert J. Wilson

Summary: Incredible Book
Review: I would rate this book #2 out of the series (it's hard to beat the first). It's so gripping I read it one day. I applaud the fact that they decided to put these books out twice a year now. I can't wait for the movie! Highly recommended!

Summary: Oh jesus!
Review: Dreary, predictable, dull, unimaginative. Hope the end of the world does happen soon to save the world from any more of this type of fiction.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Disagree
Review: My disagreement of this book is brief: the word "rapture" appears nowhere in the New Testament, which is embarrassing to many who hold the position that the rapture will be real. Additionally, "Anti Christ" appears in 1 John 2:18-22; 4:3 and 2 John 7, describing apostaste Christians who were teaching false doctrine regarding the nature of God and Christ. These are the only references to "Anti Christ" found in the Bible. Something to think about.
