Summary: Wonderful Book!
Review: This book was great! When is the next one due to be published

Summary: Lahaye is once again on target with biblical based fiction.
Review: This continuation of the series is just as readable as the others. If you have read John's Revelation of Jesus Christ, you can see that Lahaye has captured vividly the "tribulation" of this time of life on earth after the rapture. One thing that I have noticed in this book is that he outlines the plan of salvation much more often. Good for him. Maybe these books will reach many who have never studied or read the Bible, but will read a novel.

Summary: AMAZON.COM WAKEUP! THERE ARE TEN (10) IDENTICAL REVIEWS!
Review: Pardon me. Haven't read Apollyon, but have been reviewing Amazon's Bestseller List and happened to check this one out. Noticed Amazon's QA/QC (quality assurance/quality control) seems to be lacking. There are ten (10) identical reviews; that sure slants the ratings thus the 1 Star for balance, will rate again after reading the book. AMAZON.COM needs to be a little more QA/QC!

Summary: Apollyon Grabs you and Won't Let Go!
Review: I found Apollyon to be the best of the series thus far and congratulate the authors on a job well done. If you enjoyed the other books in the series, this one will NOT disappoint you!

Summary: Couldn't Put it Down!
Review: The contiunation of the series, Appolyon is a sure-fire hit! I personally can't wait for the 6th book to come out. By the way, if you want to know how the whole series ends, Check out "Revelation", the last book of The Bible. It's awsome!

Summary: Bypass this junk
Review: Someone wrote below that they believe anyone who criticizes this series will be "left behind" themselves. I hope he or she does not really believe that statement; if so, a serious reevalution of their beliefs is in order. People are saved through the grace of God alone, and not through liking books. Especially not these books. Never before in my life have I seen prose so horribly mangled as it is here. I agree with the person who wrote that we, as Christians, should be ashamed to claim trash like the "Left Behind" series as "Christian writing." If this is the best of Christian writing, then we surely deserve the many stereotypes heaped upon us by non-believers. That we, as a group, should praise these books reflects very very poorly on our collective intelligence, I must say. It is a shame -- a terrible, terrible shame -- when it is embarrassing for a thinking person to be seen in the "Christian" section of the bookstore.

I read these books because of the incredible hype they recieved. Let me forewarn anyone who might be tempted to follow me; don't believe what people say. These are not great books, and they are not "inspired" unless God has a special place in His heart for torpid prose.

Summary: Apollyon: The tribulation just got harder.
Review: I would definitly have to say that this is by far the most intense book of the Left Behind series. As the witnesses from all over the world are preparing to meet they are still encountering heavy oppossition from the Anti Christ. When they finally do meet Dr. Tsion Ben-Judah is able to further share what will happen as the tribulation continues...... I would like to comment that if you are reading these books and you are not a Christian, there are some things you need to consider. This is not mere fiction, it is a ficticious setting of the events that will really occur after the rapture of the church. I encourage you not to simply read it for enjoyment, but as a guide of wht the world will have to face when the tribulation comes. God Bless.

Summary: Pathetic
Review: More of the same terrible writing. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I'm almost embarrased when I read some of these reviews talking about how well written this garbage is. It's horrible. Not only that, but were it spaced and lined like normal books are, this book would be at least fifty pages shorter. I wish it wasn't true, but I have to think that this series is no more than an effort to take your money and run with it.

Summary: The books get better and better as our time grows shorter!
Review: After each book, I wonder how these writers can top their latest work, and then they DO IT with their next book. My eyes devoured the words in Apollyon, I felt I could not read fast enough to satisfy my curiosity of where they were taking us in the adventures of these characters. Our world is starving for moral and spiritual awakening and the strong message with its dire warnings in these books, has long been needed! How blessed these two men must feel to be the instruments used to reach so many. I want more, more, MORE of their wonderful work and look forward to a full length movie, shown in theatres around the world spreading the WORD of what may be taking place in the not-too-distant future, for us all.

Summary: A great read, hard to pull yourself out of the story line.
Review: A great book for believers and non-believers alike. I enjoyed Appollyon better than I did Nicolae and Soul Harvest. I got the feeling with those two books that they were being written in a hurry. It is a great series overall, made more intriguing by the ability to tie it into the events that are occuring in the world at large. Is that not a point to ponder!!! These 2 authors seem to be working well together on a tough topic. I am anxiously looking forward to the next one.
