Rating: Summary: Hasn't this gone on long enough.... Review: I've been a big fan of this series, but I am reaching the saturation point. This story just NEVER seems to take any significant steps. Those of us who continue to buy these books are shelling out a lot of money for a story that could have been easily told in one or two editions. I suggest that the erstwhile authors may be guilty of a deadly sin: GREED. After all, the more volumes there are, the more royalties come their way. I say BRING THIS STORY TO AN END.
Rating: Summary: Good Book Review: This book an the rest of he series is good, even though i am not a beliver in god.
Rating: Summary: Good but not the best Review: This is a vary great book and I am going crazy waiting for the next book in the series, but it was not as good as the previous four. It didn't take off until the last 80 pages. But, it is still worth reading.
Rating: Summary: They keep getting better and better Review: I received this book right when it was first released. The day I received it in the mail, I did nothing else but read the book, and it only took me less than eight hours. It keeps you on the edge of your seat with each suspensful scene. I couldn't put the book down. Both of the authors bring then End Times to life not only in this book, but in the rest of the series as well. I can't wait until "Assassins" is released!
Rating: Summary: Weak entry in Left Behind series, series begins to tire. Review: Although I loved the previous titles this entry is beginning to tire me out. Rather than being Left Behind after the Rapture of the Church being a bad thing reading about these characters leads me to believe that the Tribulation period would not be half bad! None of the core characters EVER suffer any permanent calamities. The series itself is beginning to remind me of the old Star Trek re-runs on T.V. All the main characters are surrounded by secondary ones that are expendable. The main characters are never in any real danger and we know it. Maybe some tragedy to a main character once in a while could add some drama, even Steele's new wife turned out to be perfect. Not that we ever doubted her for a minute.(LOL) More surprises occuring to the core group could add some REAL fear for them as characters. Lets hope we see some actual TRIBULATION in the next chapters.
Rating: Summary: A very thought provoking book. Review: I really liked this book. It really makes you think about how precious this time is that we have before Christ comes.
Rating: Summary: WOW! This series forces you to pay attention! Review: A minister friend recommended Left Behind to me and once I started it I could not put it down. Since following up with Tribulation Force and Nicolae, I cannot wait to read Soul Harvest and Apollyon which I have just ordered. God Bless the writers. They are truly inspired to present such "fictional" work that is so prophetic. Sharing the books with close friends and relatives and recommending them to all has become a personal agenda for me. What a wonderful way to bring Christ to others who may not have had an inkling or desire to approach anything that appeared to be "religeous reading. As a practicing catholic I have found myself returning back to my Bible -especially Revelations. Thank you for helping me to renew my Faith. Keep writing, writing, writing......
Rating: Summary: The book keeps you wanting to know what happens next. Review: This book was excellent. In fact the whole series is great. They are books that keep you wondering what happens next. You can't put the book down. Anyone who wonders about the end of the world, you have to buy this one. You really feel like you are in the book. This book definatly gets 5 STARS!!!
Rating: Summary: Best reading ever!! Review: I started with "Left Behind" and couldn't wait to finish the series. I have been saved on account of reading these books. Being a former Catholic we were never thought the bible as it should have been taught. In between now I am reading the Bible and loving it...God Bless Tim and Jerry for opening my eyes. If ever there was a book for non-believers this would be it! I can't wait until book six is out.
Rating: Summary: Fast paced and thought provoking. Can't wait for next one. Review: I've now read the series to date and Apollyon follows suit. The twists and turns keep you reading with a "can't put it down" attitude.Don't be tempted to skip to the end, too much happens! This is an emotional story. I would like the synopsis of the previous background to have been shorter. Everyone needs to read them all.
