Review: As a believer who has spent time away from the Lord, this series has been an eye opener for me. I cannot tell you the encouragement I have received and the challenge to get my life back firmly within the Lord's grip from both the chacters and the storyline. It isn't so much the writing, but the continual reference to Revelations in such a true and non-judgemental way that has brought me to realize that the time for "play" as a Christian is very much over. Writers Lahaye and Jenkins create a EXTREMELY plausible vehicle for Christians and those seeking an answer for the trials and tribulations of today! I have caught myself scanning the news wires on a daily basis as I truly expect to see these stories come to life very soon. I wait (albeit impatiently) for the next installment. Look to the skies for Salvation comes nigh!

Summary: Best one in series since Left Behind.
Review: There were a couple of weak points in this book but overlooking those, it was great reading. Hard to put down. I have three children and along with their spouses we are taking turns reading this whole series. (We take turns buying the books, too, so it's not such an expensive venture.) Problem is: Someone is ALWAYS hurrying someone else! Keep them coming - Feb. and Aug. releases until 2002 is OK with this family.

Summary: Best of the Series! Each one brings me closer to God.
Review: This was the most exciting one yet! Maybe I differ from some of the other readers. Maybe it's because I have the money to purchase the books. But I want the series to go on and on. One reader suggested that none of the charactors ever suffer. What about the Captain's loss of his wife. What about the loss of Bruce in the first book. What about the fact that they all share a tiny little apt. And this book has even more losses! The story has to maintain its core charactors. Lets face it, the books are pretty close on how scary it will be, but we all still want our charactors to last, otherwise, how would we continue to relate. I say, excellent job to the authors. And I bet if anyone checked into it, they would find that people are being saved through these series of books. I would say that's a good use of our money for the cause of Christ!! And as a believer, this series only serves to bring me closer to Christ and want to serve him more!

Summary: 'Apollyon' is good, but 'The Fist of God' is great!
Review: Apollyon is a well written novel, and I enjoyed it. But, 'The Fist of God' by A.T Nicholas will blow you away!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This book is one of the best I have ever read. God and Satan go head to head in a bloody battle for souls. Nicholas' writing style is so fresh. It's quick and slick, he gets to the point like a run away train. The Fist of God is filled with tons of symbolism and vivid imagery. You will love this book. I couldn't put it down. I read it in two days! After you read 'The Fist of God' you will be telling everyone that you have a book that they have to read.

Summary: A fictionally, spectacular account of the blessed ending.
Review: The artistry of writing by Jerry Jenkins based on the Revelation of Jesus and the Rapture of mankind has been awesomely captured in the first four books of this series. The fifth, leaves one with a hunger for the next. Anyone of belief not entirely understanding the true significance of the Revelation of John and the prophetic books of the Old Testament, will easily be enthralled and illuminated by the last, Appolyon. Tim LaHaye has meticulously woven the truths of the end times prophesies into a story of intrigue and wonderment.

Review: Jenkins and Lahaye have taken the sacred book of Revelation and turned it into a cheap soap opera. This whole series started out with such promise, but $$$$$$$$$ has spoken and quality of writing and the respect for those of us who used to be willing to read this stuff has been long forgotten. Jenkins and LaHaye should take all of the money they've milked out of this series and wander the wilderness for 40 years.

Review: I HAVE NEVER READ A MORE EXCITING AND COMPELLING SERIES OF BOOKS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.I TRULY HOPE THAT THESE BOOKS WILL OPEN THE EYES OF THE NON BELIEVING,AND TURN THEIR HEARTS TO GOD.LORD KNOWS THIS WORLD COULD USE IT.

Summary: Riveting to the last word...it takes your breath away..
Review: I always thought Everlasting Darkness series was the tops, although it's a different subject (spiritual warfare) but very compelling and gives you a totally different perspective to your prayer life. Well, this series, Left Behind, much the same way makes you really think about where your heart is, and where you will be in the rapture. God is smiling over how many souls have been saved through people all over the world reading these books. If people aren't moved to give their hearts to Christ, then just pray for them! Excellent food for thought. I read the entire series in just two weeks. Now I want more! Please update us with the next book due out ASAP! Awesome writers with Holy Savvy!
