Summary: Take your time next time!!
Review: My review will probably be dismissed by other readers but what the heck! :)

Assassins was in my opinion the worst of the series. The plot was dull and the characters were boring. The book was choppy and it jumped from scene to scene. I felt like I was reading the script to a day time soap opera. I have enjoyed all the other books in the Left Behind series but this one was a waste and I would like my money back.

One thing else that drove me crazy about this book and actually the previous books. Hattie Durham. They either need to get her saved or just kill her character off. Ugh, besides being a whiny and selfish woman you have to read about everyone putting themselves in danger every single day for her. This has been going on since the series began.

I will say I did like description of the 200 million horsemen. Tim and Jerry painted a very vivid picture and the mere thought of them gave me goosebumps.

If I could give any advice to Tim and Jerry I would tell them not to rush on the next book. Take your time. Make me care about the characters again. And as long a wait it is from one book to the next, I don't mind, we don't need two books a year.

Summary: I hate to disappoint you but...
Review: I have really enjoyed this series. I have eagerly awaited each new book. It seems that the authors would have been more suited to write the entire series, and then just released a condensed version. The newest book, Assassins, would have taken up up about 20 pages in that condensed volume. I usually don't skip entire sections due to lack of interest, but in this case, the whole book was skippable until the last chapter -- which is unfinished! (The second star was awarded for such good marketing). I can no longer justify keeping up with this series any longer, in fact, it pains me to think that I have recommended it in the past...!

Summary: One of the best of the series!
Review: Any reader who enjoys apocalyptic books, whether you are a believer of Christian doctrine or not, will thoroughly enjoy this series. Whether you're a Christian or not, it will make you think. The Assassin is a MUST read for those who are following the series. It starts a little slow but immediately picks up the pace and holds the reader in suspense to the very end. Looking (and not) forward to the next and last book of the seven book series. This is the type series you hate seeing come to a end.

Summary: I could not put it down.
Review: The ending was well done. The pages kept turning and too soon, I was done. It's going to be a long six months. Great character development and good biblical research. What's next?

Summary: Great book witha very in depth plot
Review: It's a descriptive, fast moving novel about the assasination of the worlds leader during the end of the world. Many plot twists keep the reader interested and intrigued by the charecters actions. If there were any more stars, I'd give it to this book.

Summary: Believers prepare to take a deep breath, this is riveting!
Review: The Tribulation Force move quickly through the days until the "due time". The reader experiences each move our brothers and sisters take as they are catipulted into danger. We hold our collective breath as the force who are part of our hearts work to prepare for the day of the mark of the beast. We know the outcome but none can predict the exciting path we will take to the end of this latest in the Left Behind series.

Summary: I read it in 6 hours!!!!!
Review: I got this book yesterday and couldn't put it down till I wasdone. The suspense and thrill of the plot just kept me going. I lovehow the 200 million riders were predicted and the events with the witnesses were unbelievable. You also understand a little more about Carpathia's power and this might just be me, but I began to sympathize for Fortunato, he seems like a pawn unaware of his purpose. Oh well, too bad Sabres don't really exist....

Summary: The best of the bunch
Review: As much as I have enjoyed the previous books, this one by far has been the most exciting and thought provoking. If you are still unsure about your future, this installment will definitely help sway you in the right direction. I particulary like the way the authors introduce additional characters into the story without cramming them in at once and how they focus on the relationships between the characters. I finished this within 48 hours of buying it and I can't wait to read the next installment. It's all coming together in ways you don't expect!

Summary: Could not put it down!!!
Review: I was introduced to this series after Soul Harvest came out and read the first four books in a week. The sixth did not disappoint. I bought it after work tonight and finished it in 6 hours... it was amazing. Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins keep building suspense throughout the book, and the end is still surprising. If you are a fan of the series you will love this book as much as the others, and more, as the world heads toward the second half of the Tribulation... don't miss out on this book!

Summary: Fantastic!!! Well worth the wait!!
Review: As did the books preceeding it, it kept me on the edge of myseat and I couldn't wait to see what would happen next. I just can'twait for the next book to arrive.
