Review: This CD has brought Hypnotherapy into the privacy of my own home. It has worked wonders helping me reduce the stress I feel related to my life. Ms.Decker presents her ideas in an easy to understand format with clear concise thoughts. I could follow the CD with no difficulty and definitely felt results after one use. I have used other CD's produced by Ms. Decker and find her work excellent. I will continue to use this CD because of the wonderful benefits I reap from it. The peaceful,serene, calm I feel after I am finished definitely renews my spirit. Thank you Ms.Decker,I am truly a fan.

Summary: Wow! What great results!
Review: This CD is amazing! I work for an air conditioning company in Palm Springs - so you can imagine how stressful my job gets when it's 125 degrees! I felt sure that it would either drive me to drink or that I would have to resign...but since I started using the Stress Reduction CD, I find that I take everything much more "in-stride". I started out with Sleep CD because the stress at work was keeping me up at night. That worked so well that I decided to try some of the other products. I can't tell you how much of a difference this has made for me, at work as well as in my everyday life. I'm healthier and happier - and my husband is DEFINITELY happier! I've turned several of my co-workers on to Ms. Decker's products and I wish I could tell the whole world!
