Review: Harry Potter and The Sorcerers stone is a great book for all ages. I loved to read about all the adventures Harry go's through to help HogWarts. Read this book if you wan't to read a twisted story with some suprises with humor added in to make it the best book ever!!

Review: Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone is a great book. I read it for one of my college classes and really enjoyed it. The story of Harry Potter is definitely going to be a classic. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I don't really like science fiction, but if you do, then you need to check out Harry Potter. I'm not a big reader, but I'm actually thinking about buying the other 3 books. If I was in 5th grade, I'd give it 17 thumbs up, and be dying to join a quidditch team.

Review: Harry potter and The Sorcerers stone is a really unique book. It is about a boy namd Harry Potter who lives with his aunt, uncle, and his obnoxious cousin Dudley Dursley because his parents died in a car crash when he was a baby. The Dursley's abuse and make fun of Harry. Until that fateful day the day that he learned who he really was, that day that he learned he was a wizard. And he would attend Hogwarts school of witchcraft nd Wizardry. The Harry Potter novels are truely original. Joan Rowling truely sends the reader into another world where children can fly. But the book isn't just a light hearted romp. There is darkness in these novels and aren't to kiddie for adults. Infact the Harry Potter novels are entertaining for everyone, and fantasy geeks, science nerds, computer genuises or punky 6th graders will keep reading this amazing page turner. It is one of the greatest fantasys in a while, Harry Potter is a must read for fantasy fans and jocks alike. Harry Potter the Sorcerers stone is the first volume in the Harry Potter saga. So far there have been 3 Harry Potter novels written. The fifth novel is scheduled for an August 2003 release. The Harry Potter and the Sorcerers stone and all the Harry Potter novels are highly reccomended if you enjoyed this book. ~Dan~ Grade A++

Summary: Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone
Review: Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone is a very good book. It has lots of adventures and mainly, magic. I rated it 4 because I think maybe it should have a bit more adventures in it, but it's still a very good book. It's very interesting. The book's setting is in Hogwarts. Hogwarts is a castle in which Harry Potter goes to. I think that Hogwarts is a very good setting to put the story in. When Harry Potter finds out his family secret, it was very surprising for him and me. After reading, I got very interested that I couldn't stop reading. Sometimes when Harry goes through hard times, I sometimes put myself in his place and started thinking about what I should do if I were him. The most interesting part for me is when Harry is trying to find out about his past. Another part is when he is trying to get revenge on Voldemort, the villian. Through out his adventure in this different magical world, he finds differents things that interest him. Just like flying on brooms, playing Quidditch, and casting spells.

Review: Harry Potter and the Sorcerers stone is an amazing twist of action, adventure, and mystery. When I read this book I feel like I'm in an enchanted school of witchcraft and wizardry, sneaking around with Ron, Hermione, and Harry, playing Quidditch, fearing Snape (the potions master), and talking in the Griffindor comon room. edge of my seat. I would recommend this book to all my friends.

Review: Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone is an excellent book in which fresh new ideas bloom. I was so excited to read another chapter that even I stopped playing Nintendo to listen and read. This is a book which will be a classic. It is up there with othr classics like James and the Giant Peach and Matilda. Also the author will be remembered with other excellent authors like Roald Dahl and C.S. Lewis. This book is one that you can't miss!!!

Review: Harry potter and the sorcerers stone is definetily a top class book . It has everything a book needs and more , it has a very involving storyline ,the characters are brilliantly described,it has a very large amount of tension and keeps you thrilled right to the end . One of the great things about it is that you cannot put it down , it is as if your hands are glued on to it which caused me many sleepless nights reading chapter after chapter .What you need is a parent or a school teacher who has a little more self control as to when they stop reading ( I bet that they will still want to read on though) This was most definetily No.1 on my best book list , No.2 is Harry potter and the chamber of secrets , the sequel to this book.
