Summary: I couldn't put it down
Review: It took me two days to read it. I got it for my mom and put it in my desk at school for weeks watching most of the other kids in my class read it. then I finaly picked it up because I had nothing else to read and loved it. I loved it so much that I was readin it insted of doing anything else. The reson I liked it was because it was suspensful from begining to end without big gaps in between! when I was done i badly wanted to read the next book in the seres.

Summary: Does Mr. Spielberg think about making its movie?
Review: It was a great pleasure and surprise reading this book. Rarely in a book can you find such a powerful writing regarding the descriptions of the people and places. From the reading, you get the sense of watching a movie: the Quidditch game, the chess room, the unicorn in the wood and the invisible train station, all are described very impressively. It is not possible to put the book down once you start reading and with each new page you discover a surprising and charming new world and you regret to find yourself in the real world once you finish it. Congratulations to Mrs. Rowling who has such wonderful imagination and creativity. I think the story contains a very rich material to make a movie out of it.

Summary: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone
Review: It was a totally enjoyable read! Ms. Rawling's character development and descriptive narrative is at the highest level -- especially for young readers. The pace of the story is rapid enough to keep a reader with even the shortest attention span gripped.

The Harry Potter series is so far superior to the books I grew up reading! I believe that this series of books will make a significant improvement in the reading ability of young people world-wide. I hope that someone is trying to measure this effect!

Summary: Harry Potter Book 1!!ÜÜ
Review: It was a very well written book.
It had suspense, and mystery, along with laughs.
I liked how Hermione had her own personality, and even though Ron was mean and making fun of her, she still gave him another chance and was friends with him again.
I think that she is a very important part of the story, and without her, Harry wouldn't have ever been able to recover the sorcerer's stone. She was the one who knew about Devil's Snare, and was smart enough to remember that it hated sunlight.
I also liked Ron, and even though Draco Malfoy made fun of him for being a Weasley, he didn't let it bother him too much. Ron is the type of friend that I think everyone should have because he doesn't waste his time on worrying if he is popular or not.
And, we can't forget Hagrid, the trusted but blabber-mouthed grounds keeper for Hogwarts. He was true-blue to Harry until the end, and in the next books, he is also.
Lastly, you couldn't help but feel bad for Harry. He had to live with the awful Dursley's under a flight of stairs. Thanks to Hagrid, he got to leave for a time while he was at Hogwarts.
I give this book 5 stars, because it is so descriptive, let it tends to leave you guessing what will happen next.

Summary: Three Thumbs Up ( plus more fingers than you could count)!!!
Review: It was alright, I guess. Just kidding! The Harry Potter books are absolutly the most best thing ever written since the Bible. My most favorite detail about Harry Potter is his lightning bolt scar and shaggy hair. So far I've read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone 13 times, the second book 11 times and I'm reading the third book for the 9th time. I can hardly wait for the next book to come out!:)
