Summary: Excellent, entertaining reading for all ages.
Review: I bought the first book for my sons for when they are older at the suggestion of a friend. And I got hooked. I bought all three in hardcover (something I never do) and fervently hope for a 4th. I was thoroughly entertained and delighted with these very refreshing "escapist" novels by a previously unknown author. I highly recommend "Harry Potter" for everyone. The books are truly "magical."

Summary: Review of Harry Potter Book 3
Review: I bought this book for my 8 year old daughter but I think I enjoyed it almost as much as she did. Like the first two titles the book had a gripping plot and kept me absorbed right through from beginning to end. Recommended for adults of any age!

Summary: Harry Potter is awsome!!
Review: I bought this book three days after reading Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. I loved this year the most. My favorite teacher is Professer Lupin, the Defense Againts the Dark Arts teacher. I suggest that if you dont have this book and have read the first two buy this one as soon as possible.

Summary: Harry Strikes Again
Review: I bought this for myself to fill the two hour commute to and from work, but somehow it ended up in my husband's car. He became so addicited to it, I suggested the patch or the gum even. It is read by the same actor who does all the Harry Potter CDs. It is truly worth whatever price you pay.

But buy two. One for you -- one for your husband. :)

Summary: Three Words: Yes, Yes, Yes
Review: I can describe it all in just three words: Yes!, Yes!, Yes! Finally another Harry Potter installment has been released and the kids rush to bookstores on the release date to get the first copy.

You can tell that JK Rowling contiues to rank at the top as after the first book many books just flounder. But this has not gotten close to being over.

I went to the bookstore to get a copy and people were rushing to get there own copy as a salesman had to resort to go to the back to get nore books from the back to display in the window, on the ground, and on specific stands as JK Rowling's amising capability to conform to the text and reading to get kids ages 4-16 complete a 700-page book. When nowadays if you hand a kid a 150-page book they'll read the first three and place it on the table or back in your arms and forget about.

Many people, like I feal that JK Rowling has done a wonderful thing. To make an every day child read L-I-T-E-R-A-C-Y. Which is very important in the development in the brain of a child. Rather than a child who skims through a comic book.

Summary: Wonderfully Written
Review: I can honestly say that this is my favorite Harry Potter book. It's also the longest. A wonderful story of wizardry and mischief. And FINALLY Professor Snape gets insulted to his face! You will not regret buying this book. It's great for all ages. I read it in one day!

Summary: A+ for Jim Dale (audiocassette reader)
Review: I can't add anything to the book (just loved it) that people haven't already said here, but I just wanted to make a comment on the audiocassette version of this book, in case anybody was thinking of trying it. I decided to buy the audio version to accompany me on my Boston-Montreal round trip drive and never before has that drive seemed so short. Jim Dale is a fabulous narrator who did justice to the lively story. Highly recommended.

Summary: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
Review: I can't add much to all the reviews other than I'm a 40 year old without children and I still love these books. It's a testament to the power of Rowling's writing - clear, vivid, funny and real - that the advance orders for the 4th in the series, which is not to be published until July of this year, are apparently already Amazon UK's number one book! An amazing phenomenon - let's hope Rowling can keep up her standards in the next episode.

Summary: THIS BOOK IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!*****
Review: I can't believe how good this book is! I was home sick from school when suddenly a U.P.S. truck pulled up to my house and dropped of a package from Amazon.com. Inside was the 3rd book in the Harry Potter series. I started reading and couldn't stop. The book was so good that I could not put it down, and it was finished before the day was over. I really wished that I hadn't read it so fast because now I want more. The prisoner of Azkaban starts off like all of the other books at the Dursley's, where Harry is forced to spend his summer vacation. The Dursley's are not exactly thrilled to have him living with them because he is a wizard. (His real parents were killed by an evil wizard who Harry faced in the previous 2 books) When he returns to school he finds that a murderer named Sirious Black has escaped from the prison Azkaban and is hunting Harry down to kill him. Or is he? The plot becomes more twisted as Harry finds out the details of his parents death, and who's really to blame. The book also has plenty of comedy, rivalry and everyones favorite sport, Quiditch. This is by far the best book in the series and I highly recomend it.

Summary: Love this book
Review: I can't say enough about the Prisoner of Azkaban. It was such a good read that I had serious problems putting it down. I haven't read the fourth in the series, but thus far, this one has been my favorite.
