Summary: Positively Riveting!
Review: I am an adult but few books have thoroughly captured my interest as much as the Harry Potter series has. This 3rd installment is, so far, the most enjoyable and thrilling I've read in this series. You'll be reading from start to finish in the blink of an eye!

Summary: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
Review: I am an adult with two children age 11 and 6. I make it a point to read chapter books they read that I did not read as a child. I have to say this is the best series of childrens books that has come out in many, many years. I am just as eager to read book 4 as my girls are. These books will be just as popular with future generations as E.B. White's classics are.

Summary: Audio version of Harry Potter books
Review: I am an adult, an RN, and a mom. I have read & enjoyed all of the Harry Potter books. However, I must say I enjoyed them much more in listening to them on tape, in my car during commutes to work, because Jim Dale is such an excellent reader. He does all the voices, male and female, young and old, and several different British accents. He truly makes the books and their characters come alive. Can't recommend highly enough listening to all the Potter books on tape or CD, even if you have read them. Would be great for long trips in the car with kids, as well.

Summary: This is the best one
Review: I am an avid reader of the Harry Potter books and The Prisoner of Azkaban is my favourite of all four. I liked it becasue at this point, Harry is old enough and well versed in his magic skills that he has alot more power than in the first two books. Its a very entertaining book, I couldn't put it down and finished it in one sitting! Although I love all the books in the series, I'd reccommend this one the most. Of course, I am a strong believer in reading them in order, so if you're due to start number three, you're in for a treat! I can't wait for it to become a movie.

Summary: I LOVE THESE BOOKS SO MUCH
Review: I am an eleven year old girl in sixth grade. I live in America. I LOVE THESE BOOKS!!!!!! They could not be improved in any way. They are perfect! The characters are described perfectly. The plots are purely brilliant. I don't care about what parents are saying in South Carolina and South Dakota. I have read each of the first three books four times already and am reading the third a fifth time. They are magnificent, wonderful, great and fun to read! They are simply brilliant! I am being Hermione Granger for Halloween. My friend is too. I know a girl in fifth grade who is being Harry!! Pretty amazing, eh. The only bad thing I have to say is how to pronounce Hermione. That's all I have to say.

PS I honestly can't wait for them all to be out. I wish I could have a hint about the plot of the next ones.

Summary: Long, but AAWWEESSOOMMEE!!
Review: I am currently in the middle of this book but it has already drawn me into it's enchantment like the previous ones. I enjoy the part where Harry sneaks into Hogsmeade with the Maurder's Map. The hippogriffs are cool...I like it when one attacks Draco Malfoy. He really deserved it! I was truly amazed to find out that Sirius Black is really Harry's godfather. That traitor! This book is long, but I'm sure I'll be done with it soon because it's so good. Keep writing, J.K.!!!! Hurry up and publish your next one! :-)

Summary: Very enjoyable, delightful for older children
Review: I am currently reading this book, and am finding it fascinating. I was curious about why it was on the best seller list, and then I read some negative things about it. So I started reading it to find out for myself. So far I think it is really great. Don't think I would read it or allow it to be read to a child under nine. I am mainly reviewing this so the number of reviews won't stay at the number 666....

Summary: A great read!
Review: I am enjoying J.K. Rowling's books about Harry Potter - I don't want the series to end with only 7 books. Maybe she'll continue to write more about Harry after the series is through.

This book continues Harry's life in the magical world. In this book, Harry is force to relive some of his past. I'm not sure if his past was repressed, or if it's just brougt to life by the dementors. In either situation, Harry is forced to relive some of the worst moments of his life. Harry is beginning to learn to deal with his past and understand where he is now. He faces a figure from his past that had a lot of involvement with his parents. The books ends in a way you would never expect; just when things seem to be over, new hope is found where you would least expect it.

Summary: Oye! When can I get number 4?
Review: I am fifteen, and I have lost track of how many times I have read this book. Though I was an avid reader before, this book is enough to make me want to read into indecent hours of the night, even for the third, fourth...tenth time. Every time you read it, you pick up more little things about the plot and characters. At times it feels like Tolkien, and other times (well, a lot of times) it feels like Dahl, but most of all, Rowling has a style all her own that makes you want to read again and again and again and again...

So, in case you haven't gotten the hint yet, READ THIS BOOK!
