Rating: Summary: This book should recive a million star rating! Review: I absolutly LOVE this book! It was so good I cried. I have never cried over a book or a movie before this book. So that tells you how good it is. This book has suspence, comodey, action, sadness, and everything else a great book should have. I got the first book as a birthday present from my grandparents. I read it over and over. Then I got the second book from here and read it over and over. I was so thrilled when I heard about this one. I don't have a copy yet but that will soon change. The book I read belongs to a friend. My friends at school think I'm ubsessed but they have never any of The Harry Potter books either. I can't wait for the fourth book. Defitly buy this book.
Rating: Summary: I couldn't put it down! Review: I absolutly loved the book. Normally I don't read a lot, but I just could not stop reading it. It is the best of the Harry Potter books so far! I would just keep telling myself "just one more chapter" but then I read about five more! I can't wait for the next Harry Potter books!
Rating: Summary: Delightful and fun (RECOMMENDATIONS INCLUDED) Review: I accidentally started the series with the second book...it was such a enthralling read, I got 1/2 way through before I realized it. So I went back and bought 1 & 3 (knowing I would breeze through them). A VERY fun and delightful read (I couldn't put ANY of the series down). IF YOU LIKE HARRY POTTER, YOU WILL CERTAINLY ENJOY: Myth Adventures (by Robert Asprin) Book 1 is : Another Fine Myth Amber Chronicles (by Roger Zelazny) Book 1 is : Nine Princes in Amber (Amber is written for a more mature audience.)
Rating: Summary: Another enjoyable entry to the Potter series Review: I actually enjoyed this third book of the Harry Potter series better than the first two. I thought the plot was great, and of course, Rowling teaches something in all of her books...in this one Harry shows unusual compassion for the person guilty of participating in the murder of his parents. These books are not intended for very young children. They are for the 'tweenies' and older. For anyone to state that these books are inappropriate for children because of subject matter, witches and wizards, violence, etc. is ridiculous...have they seen what kids are watching on television or the video games they are allowing their children to play? I grew up in the '60s reading all of the Grimm brothers' tales, mythology (Greek, Roman, and Norse), along with many other great books by Madeline L'Engle. The Rowling books/series are good books in keeping with these classics. Books that encourage children to read are good books in my opinion, and these books are fiction, and are promoted as fiction. I love Rowling's imagination, her characterization, and her sense of humor. These books are a source of incredible enjoyment, and I look forward to reading her other books and the new movie to come out(...)
Rating: Summary: Great book for kids and adults! Review: I admit it...I love Harry Potter books! I am a 20 year old English major in college, and at first I was hesitant to read what was classified as a "children' book." Yet, the story just sounded so interesting (and one of my friends admitted that she loved them too) I had to read it. I began with Book One and was hooked. I can not get enough of the adventures that take place at Hogwart's School. When reading any of these books, the reader is literally taken into a different world where wizards, werewolves, giants, and owls are all pivotal parts of life. Sometimes while reading any of the Harry Potter books I marvel at the incredible imagination of J.K. Rowling. This third book is just as good as (if not better than) the previous books. With the character of Sirius Black, the reader also learns a lot more about Harry's personal life and background. I would recommend this book to anyone.
Rating: Summary: Great...better than the first two!! Review: I admit, I'm 37 years old and I love these books. I don't have any children, but I bought all three books anyway. I do feel the third book in the series has a better plot line than the previous two. The first one set up the premise of the series and the second one was great, but the third one had an extra something. The author brings you up-to-date from the last two (incase you haven't read them) and the reader never feels lost. Bottom line...if you haven't read them do!!!
Rating: Summary: The most magical adventure yet Review: I already read the first two and just knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that this one would be great too. I originally got the first book to read to my son who is six. But when I saw it I thought, "this is a novel", so I started reading it myself and have been hooked ever since. Way to go J.K. Rowling! You definitely have a winner here. Please don't stop! I want more than four more, I want forty-four more!
Rating: Summary: The best book you'll ever read Review: I always read Harry Potter to my kids And I just can't get Enough I read my book Everywhere on my lunch break Everywhere If your kids don't like reading get them Harry Potter books They're So Exciting!

This book also has a great plot. Once you start reading it, you won't want to stop. I've read it twice. I guarantee you that if you buy this book, you won't be dissapointed.
