Summary: the bomb!
Review: Harry Potter collection is the best books I have read in a long time. I am only 14 and I appreciate the works of Rowling. She really outdid herslef on the Prisoner of Azkaban. It was a real page turner...and I couldn't put it down. I would be up late at night just reading it. The details are wonderful and I can vividly see the dementors and the rat and the dog and the cat. I can see the willow and everything else too. I love the books.

Summary: Not Disappointed
Review: Harry Potter does it again. This book captured not only my attention, but the attention of the children I read it to. It lends itself well to reading outloud too which can not be said about many chapter books these days. Also, the teachers of the children noticed a marked increase in fantasy books being requested from the library, and the children actually read them.

As to the book. It is a fantastical tale of growing up in two *worlds*. One where Harry *belongs* and much is expected of him because of who he is, and the other where he is a misfit, and can do no right.

It is a mystery with quite a few surprising twists and turns where not all solutions are magical, and sometimes the most obvious is totally wrong.

Summary: Another fantastic journey!
Review: Harry Potter does NOT disappoint in the third novel. If it is possible, I believe I read this one faster than the other two...This novel continues the adventures of Harry and his pals, and explains a bit more of the tragedy that left him an orphan in a Muggle household! The books so immerse the reader in the plot that I was cheering for Percy to win his bet with Penelope, hoping that Crookshanks was NOT a bad cat, and just generally enjoying every word. R.K. -- when is number four due? I cannot wait to one click it into my shopping cart!

Summary: A magical Thriller to be enjoyed.
Review: Harry Potter enthralled me. Ms.Rowling is an imaginative author who has written fabulous books. I even tried to solve the mysteries, but my suspects were not the suspects in the book. I enjoyed all the Harry Potter stories with each as wonderful as the next. I hope in the fourth book Sirus Black writes to Harry, there are more mysteries to be solved and lots of adventures waiting for me to read and enjoy with a nice mug of steaming hot chocolate and one slice of toast with melted butter smothered on top.

Summary: Cynics: Please read here
Review: Harry Potter fans don't need to read this, bcos #3 is at least as good as the first two, but there are some who don't yet know what all the fuss is about. I used to say that if I wanted to read childrens books I'd read Dr Seuss, never mind this Harry Potter crap, but boy was I wrong! Rowling is just, plain and simple, a great storyteller. An absolutely wonderful storyteller, in fact. If you can make it through the first three chapters of her first book, the Sorcerer's Stone, then you will be hooked, and that's the bottom line. Read them in order and don't start reading them if you're busy, bcos they are unputdownable. I have read the first three books, all in one sitting, more or less, and re-read the first two, again in a single sitting. These are now my all-time favorite books!

Summary: fabulous!
Review: Harry Potter fans, beware! This was surely the best book yet, and I'm sure you'll be glued to it, as I was. This story is deeper and more complex than the last two, and left me hungry for more of J.K. rowlings remarkable work. If you like suspense, humor, good characters and a completely riveting tale (and if that isn't enough, there's the pure joy of watching the Weasley twins in action), read Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban!

Summary: Expecto excellence
Review: Harry Potter fans, the magic is back! As if life with the Dursleys hasn't sunk to an all-time low, our hero is in more danger than ever before, as the infamous Sirius Black escapes from wizard prison and heads off in apparent search of the Boy Who Lived. Harry's determined not to let this news spoil his third year at Hogwarts, however, and he's got other things to concern him. He and the other Gryffindors are determined to win the Quidditch cup this year; he has to help stop Malfoy from ruining Hagrid's new teaching career; and he has a new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, Professor Lupin, a kindly if sickly fellow who has his own mysterious ties to Harry's past. Worst of all, however, are the dementors, the soulless, evil guards of Azkaban Prison, now posted around Hogwarts to capture Sirius Black. Harry can't get anywhere near them without experiencing a terror so mind-numbing, it renders him unconscious. Can he learn to fight the terrible power of the dementors? Can he escape the murderous Black? Can he do all this and still earn passing grades? The action flies along as swiftly as a hippogriff, so hang on tight!

Summary: This was spell bound!
Review: Harry Potter has a murderer after him:Sirius Black. The Ministry of Magic is really looking out for Harry and so are his friends,Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger. In the magical world there are murders just like in the muggle world(non-magic world)That's how Harry's parents got killed. They were killed by a dark wizard:Lord Voldemort(or known better as you-know who)Also Harry must put up with a Slytherin school bully:Draco Malfoy.Harry must find Sirius before it's too late!!This is a fun fiction filled book.

Two reasons I liked this book is:number 1 There is alot of action in this book. And I love action filled books!Number 2,becuase it teaches kids and grown-ups that they should always believe in themselves,no matter what. And I like books that do that.I would definitly read this book. It's appropriate for all ages. This book was excactly what I expected it to be,Great!! The writer of this wonderful book is J.k. Rowling.I really liked this book and so should you!

Summary: The 3rd Book Of The Seris Where Some Of The Past Is Revealed
Review: Harry Potter has arrived at Hogwarts, for his 3rd year of learning. But he will discover more then learning. A prisioner of Azkaban known as Sirius Black has escaped from the wizard prision and is on the loose, and after Harry. Now Harry must face up to some of the terrors that Sirius has in store for him and unwelcome surprises. And why is Harry's new Defense Of The Dark Arts teacher so ill. And what about Sirius? Is Sirius Black really Harry Potter's godfather? Is he really one of his father's best friends? And is really the evil Voldemort's much faithful surporter?

I discovered this book is one of the most exciting chapters in the Harry Potter seris. Not only does Harry confront Sirius, but he does unlock some hidden secrets, which also include the three friends of his father, the hideous creatures known as the Dementors, and a hidden secret from Ron's pet rat, Scabbers. I liked this book very much.
