Summary: Another wonderful Harry Potter book!
Review: Every Harry Potter books gets better than the last. If amazon.com let me, I would rate the 1st book a 5/5, the 2nd a 6/5 and this one a 7/5. It's hard to tell the plot of a Harry Potter book, because so much goes on and then you start giving away things. All I have to say about The Prisoner of Azkaban's plot is that Harry goes back for his 3rd year at Hogwarts and has to be extra careful because a prisoner has escaped from the maximum security prison, Azkaban. That prisoner is said to be heading for Hogwarts and Harry. I loved this book so much because of the mystery and suspense and all of it's plot twists. J.K. Rowlings is a GREAT writer. I absolutely love her books and writing style. I can't wait for the rest of the Harry Potter series! You HAVE to read this book!!!

Summary: Already been said
Review: Everything good about this book has already been said. Read the series in order. It will make more sense.

Summary: Fun, exciting, and much more
Review: Evil continues to stalk Harry. A lot of spooky creatures and many plot twists.
This book is well-written and suspenseful. My only complaint deals with character development. Rowling pulls her villains from thin air--every book in this series makes the villain a person we hardly get to know at all. The plot twist saves it this time.

Summary: Fun and Inspiring: For both Adults and Children!
Review: Excellent Book! Fun! Full of Wisdom. Easy to read too. (I am more appreciative of that as I get older...) How Harry Potter learns how to become a Wizard: But really about how to become a true Master of life; how to grow up; how to have Balance and wisdom and happiness in life. How to BALANCE Power and Happiness. Great book for Adults (and I've been told children enjoy it too!)This was the 2nd most inspiring book(series) I have read in the last couple years...The 1st most inspiring book - - Which I VERY highly recommend - - is called "WORKING ON YOURSELF DOESN'T WORK" - by Ariel & Shya Kane. It is also a Book of Magic - But the authors are pioneers of an easy yet extremely powerful approach to self-discovery and personal growth. In other words - How to have BALANCE in your life, between Success and Happiness. If you enjoyed Harry Potter - and you also are interested in psychology, self-help, or spiritual or inspiring ideas - then you must buy the Kane's book. It is more for adults, but if you are a teenager you might find it very valuable too. It is easy to read, yet profound and life changing ideas reside within...MAGIC and MORE MAGIC...

Summary: Remarkable book except...
Review: Excellent writing except... The Harry Potter series is so imaginative and well written it is really hard to find fault with any of the books. The author's creativity dazzles me (as an adult) and keeps me moving through the pages. As Principal of an elementary school, I try to keep abreast of the most popular books our children are reading. These books are certainly popular. There is one tendency, however, the author seems to prefer to get Harry out of trouble after he has been caught breaking the rules at home or at Hogswart- the adults excuse (rescue)him from the consequences. The only time Harry has been held accountable for a transgression was when professor Snapes(I believe) gave him detention in book 1. In all three books there are examples of the adults playing rescuing roles feeling sorry for Harry perhaps because of his background or the current problem is which he is a party( by choice most times). While I understand compassion, still here is an area that perhaps needs a look if Ms. Rowling writes the fourth book. Maybe Harry needs to get out of his own predicaments which may mean suffering some consequences and the adults seen by the readers as consistent in enforcing the rules, while still offering compassion, help and encouragement. Again, all of the books are sooooooooo well written. Fine pieces of literary work.

Summary: Better than the first two!!!!!!
Review: Exciting, suspenseful, humorous, and well-written. Harry Potter's third year is just as exciting as the first two, if not more so.

Summary: Can't put these books down!
Review: Far off schools and magic powers... I just wonder what life would be like if I were to grow up with something like Hogwarts. Recommended for people young and old. Great books!!!
