Summary: The best one
Review: This is by far the best of the Harry Potter series. To appreciate it fully, you should read them in order, i.e., read this one last. You won't be disappointed!

Summary: Grrreat (as the Frosties tiger would say)
Review: This is definitely my favourite of the Harry Potter books. The plot is BRILLIANT (it deserves the capitals) and so are the characters. It's exciting without being scary and it features time travel and greatest fears, 2 things I love in stories. It's great!

Summary: A Whole New World in small great book-
Review: This is definitly the best out of 3 masterpieces. You get sucked into a magical world with spells, evil plots, and tons of action-packed adventure. Although it's a strange different world you can also relate to the characters. I would not recommed it for kids under 7, because it is scaary at parts. It's Totally Radical!

Summary: Excellent!
Review: This is Harry's third year at Hogwarts. This is also the yeat he finds out that the only family he has left isn't the Dursleys. It turns out he has a godfather! But there is a slight problem. He is a prisoner at the famous wizard prison! What will do to get him out of prison? Find out!

Summary: So Good!-Don't Censor!
Review: This is incredible-her books just keep getting better and better! Yeah, ok this book is a little more "darker" (not really but that's how people refer to it)-but hey, who wants to read about a normal school where all the teachers love you and you have no interesting past, huh? And come on-

~*~Any ONE Goosebumps book has more violence in it than all three HP books COMBINED!~*~

(^and people have no problem with those books) It really is a great book-and a great series.

Summary: Don't let your children near this book!
Review: This is just a friendly warning. I read through the first few chapters, loved them and then couldn't find it! I searched everywhere until I discovered it under my 11-year-old's pillow (and she doesn't even like to read!). I got through the next seven chapters, and when I left it to answer the phone, it was gone again! This time it was my 13-year-old who was the culprit (I caught her in the act). Since she had it in her hands and was really engrossed, I had to wait until after she was asleep to finally finish it! Then, when I wanted to read it again, it was gone again. Later, I found it that evening in my husband's briefcase! I loved all three of the books, but this third one was the best. I don't agree that the books are getter darker, however, if you say they are deepening in the plot and characterizations, I think that is true. By the way, I'm 45, and my husband is 48, and he didn't discover the joy of "children's literature" until after we were married, sixteen years ago. I first shared "Winnie-the-Pooh" with him and I fell in love with it all over again. (By the way, my husband is a senior software engineer at an international company; he didn't read that type of book because his parents came here from China, and didn't know about it). But a good story is always good story, no matter how old you are when you read it. I'm certain that the Harry Potter books will be considered classics by young and old alike. My whole family is anxiously awaiting the next book (I think I'll just buy multiple copies next time).

By the way, I'm 45, and if you let your children watch Pinocchio, Snow White, and the Wizard of Oz, you shouldn't worry about the violence or magic in this book. If you don't encourage your children to read, you are a fool. I might also note that the people who wrote negative reviews, showed the outcome of not reading books by writing with very poor grammar and spelling. They obviously didn't have the sense to recognize fantasy. They reminded me of when Dan Quale got so upset about a sitcom pregnancy of a single mother! The Harry Potter series is destined to be counted among the classics; I feel very sorry for the children who's delight in reading these books is at best, delayed, and at worst, never experienced at all.

Summary: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askaban
Review: This is magical, mistery, thrill, and and spin chilling ending!
This is a book I think people around the world will read tell 3002, if this book is still around. Learning the truth and being asked those magic words, "would you like to come and live with me Harry?" Sirius said that in the tunel, going back to Hogwarts. Why would there be any thing better or more chilling to hear a guy you just met and he is your god father. That was just a good book one of the best so far:)

Summary: A good book? YES!
Review: This is my favorite Harry Potter book because Harry learns something that is VEEERY IMPORTANT TO HIM. (.You'll have to find out WHAT that is.) A lot of this book is about Hermoine , which is good because she's an interesting charachter. Even though she is soooo busy with her school work she still helps hers friends. All through this book people are afraid of " a certain person" You think something terrible will happen to him but...........

Summary: WOW! JK Rowling at her best!
Review: This is my favorite Harry Potter book yet! The twists and turns the story has is amazing! Sure, book one had its own twist and I enjoyed it. But this one!!! WOW!!! We find out Harry has a godfather and the possibility that he can have a family is touching! We also find out a bit more about Harry's father and his friends. Georgous professor Lupin is introduced and Sirius Black is another fighter!!!! By far, my favorite HP book!!! Hopefully we find out some more about Harry's parents in the long awaited Book 5: The Order of the Phoenix! All HP books are a GOOD read and FUN FUN FUN!!!!!!!! They key word is: FUN!
