Summary: 3 Years Worth The Wait
Review: Of course all harry potter fans have been waiting for the 5 installment of the harry potter series and finally it has arrived. This book, longest one so far, deals with more serious things in harrys life.Although you will not be able to stop reading this book it has less laughs than the other four . At first harry gets in trouble with the ministry for underage magic and has to go to a hearing deciding wether or not he gets expelled from Hogwarts. When he finally reaches hogwarts not everything is looking to good for Harry including a 'New Staff Member',new Headmistress, the D.A.,Cho Chang,Long,Cold, and Scary Corridors, Mysterious Dreams, and of course You-Know-Who(Voldermort) returning .So all-in-all this is a great book and is a MUST for all Harry Potter Fans!!!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Well-written, but not as fun as Book 4
Review: Like all the Harry Potter books, this is extremely well-written. Rowling does an excellent job of portraying real adolescence with all its frustrations and disillusionments. However, this one wasn't nearly as fun as Goblet of Fire. There is no quiddich match, considerably less humor, and a less compelling ending. "Order of the Phoenix" is an enjoyable book, but not Rowling's best work.

Summary: Rowling Needs to be Held to a Schedule
Review: There are moments of brilliance and half hours of tedium; you can tell when the author just wasn't in the mood to write. The writing was more taut, suspense-filled, and funny when the author was a struggling single parent. Harry's anger can be explained, but gee, he isn't even close to being a scholar; he seems rather stupid sometimes. Ron has virtually no character at all, and Hermione is a first rate whiner. Its hard to admit, but the evil Dolores Umbridge has the most well-written character in the book. The publisher(s)/editor(s) need to get and keep the author on course and interested. Otherwise no one will much care if there IS a book 6 or 7.

Summary: A GREAT BOOK!
Review: I waited long for this book and when it came out.. i was impressed! This book gets you reading and not wanting to stop. I finished the whole book in about a week. I have to admit this book was somewhat depressing, but good all the same. If you have loved all of the other Harry Potter books, i guarantee you will LOVE this one. This book leaves you questioning a lot, but you never know what J.K. Rowling has up her sleeves for the last two books. What you have been waiting for probably will be coming up. This book has the same theme, but a return of someone that you would of never dreamed of, and the death of someone very special to Harry.(I would tell you who, you'll have to find out that yourself). READ THIS BOOK! I strongly guarantee that if you read this book, you will love it.

Summary: A Real Harry
Review: I have to say, i loved this book. Unlike the first four, which I fond a bit repetativa and dull, the fifth book was great. Though it still had some aspects of the first four, quidditch, holidays, potions and Malfoy, it was also very original. In this book, theres another side to Harry which makes him much more real as a character. throughout the previous books, he was kind of the little hero, he was famous and almost everyone liked him. In the fifth, however, he loses alot of popularity thanks to the Daily Prophet. In fact, many prople start to think that he is just trying for more fame by making up the whole Voldemort is back thing from the last book.
Also, in this book, Harry gets a girlfriend! I was definitly much happier with the fact that more normal things wer happening to our hero. I give this book five stars and I cant wait for the sixrth!

Summary: One Of The Best
Review: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is the book that best tells a coming-of-age tale. Harry feels alot of angst(as alot of teenagers do). He is also prone to have hissy-fits when he gets mad or upset over something. Some people complain about this book being to 'deppressing' and 'to dark'. Well, welcome to what we call LIFE, people!!! I loved this book it is on of my favorites in the series so far. As promised in this book one of the major characters die I won't tell you who you find that out for yourself. All in all this is a wonderful book in the series and I can't wait for the sixth book to come out. I hope it dosen't take J.K. Rowling another 3 years to write the sixth but whatever it takes to make it great!!!

Summary: Rowling has done it again
Review: Once again JK Rowling amazes us with the fifth Harry Potter, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Though the beginning drags a bit, when you, Harry, and his friends return to Hogwarts the story becomes fantastic! Though the book is large, you read through it in a short amount of time for you never want to put it down! And like Harry you don't want to go back to the Dursleys for the Holidays, you just want to walk aboard the Hogwarts Express on September 1st as though you to are a wizard!

Summary: It Can't Get Any Better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: The 5th book in the series is BY FAR the most exciting, dangerous, and best overall book in the series and in the WORLD. The book has a Fantastic plot, with everything somehow tying into everything else. How did J.K. Rowling come up with this stuff!?!? I read the whole book in 2 days it was so good! The new characters are AWESOME, except for Professer Umbridge maybe. She gives me the creeps! How could anyone make a student use a blood quill during detention? The only gripe I have is that things are so obvious, like Harry being saved at the end and Umbridge finding out about the DA, but Harry not getting in trouble. Overall, this is the best book I have ever read!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. If you like the Harry Potter books, try reading the Series of Unfortunate Events.

Summary: ABSOLUTELY THE BEST YET....
Review: I am not sure who this one maybe topped but I look forward to being proved wrong. I sat and read this book straight through in a full day, so engrossed was I. Just when I thought I would be coming upon a place to set the book down I found yet another reason to continue. Full of twists and turns and eye tearing humor. It was most defenitely a pleasurable read. The only downside is waiting to see what happens next.

Summary: What was that all about?
Review: The plot had more holes in it than swiss cheese...two of the best characters (Hagrid & Dumbledore) were hardly seen or heard from...the "reveal" at the end didn't explain anything...I'm just hoping this volume is a "transition" to provoke questions that will be answered in 6 & 7...otherwise, this book is simply "The Goonies" meets "The Craft."
