Summary: My Order of the Phoenix review
Review: I, like nearly everyone else in the world have read all of J.K Rowlings books nearly a million times and this book is no exeption. I read the book in three days because I could not put it down (like most of you). the book was interestingly different from yhe others and was focusing more than the others on harry's teenage hormonal problems, and the rollercoaster that relationships can be.Cho Chang was an important and equally annoying, emotional character in the book and was caught crying in the book more than once. Harry actually was an annoying character in the first few chapters, and I was very much shocked and a little disapointed by his change. I was also very happy to see the trio included ginny alot more and she knew what was happening most of the time.
harry is still as disobedient at school and is just as quick to break the rules when he feels like it.
i have been waiting for this book for 3 years and I was not disapointed. I cannot wait for the next book to come out and I am waiting to find out what harry got on his OWL's, and if he becomes the captain of the quiddich team or Head boy!(and also if he goes out with Ginny as we all hope he will!)so I am rating this book 4 stars because of the disapointments and the excitement.

Summary: Harry Potter Reveiw Thingy
Review: In Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix Harry goes back to school like always. At the beging though, a lot of stuff happens to Harry during summer. I dont want to do this to detailed or I might give something away. In all the book is pretty good though at the end it is a bit sad like the last 2 previous books(Book #3 + #4). I would recommand it to anyone who is a harry potter fan although i still believe it only deserves a 4 out of 5.

Summary: DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH - THE SECRET ISN'T A SECRET
Review: When i first started reading this book, I waited excitedly about the startling revelation that will bring a major shock to Harry's life. What could it be?!
Unfortunately my excitement and imagination deflated when Dumbledore told him. Harry didn't need Dumbledore telling him, anyone who have watched a film or a book about a typical fight-against-the badguys can tell him that!!
THis book does not lead us to anything new. That's why I gave it a 3 star.Especially because it follows up in what i think is the best book in the series, the 4th Harry Potter. It is also less funny but bursting my bubble was the main down point for me.
But I appreciated the new characters and the evolvement of the less-important-characters such as Neville, Ginny, Hagrid. Especially because the main characters (Harry,Herm, Ron) doesn't seem to be developing.
Don't get me wrong it is still a good book among others in its genre. But I expected a lot more especially because we are closing to an end and approaching the final book. So please, Ms.Rowling, wait a few years if you have to, but make us reread Harry Potter for the 100th time again. I only reread the 5th book 5 succesive times.

Summary: Cry baby
Review: In what has been a very good series in the past, the most recent addition seems a bit whiney. Harry seems to want everyone to feel sorry for him. He spends half the novel complaining that no one understands him and everyone is ignoring him. The other half is spent pining after Cho. When is Harry going to figure out that Snape is not his enemy? The Dark lord does make a token appearance, but Umbridge is the real story. This is the worst book of the series but it is a great series and one of them had to be the worst. Let us just hope Harry straitens himself out in time for year 6.

Summary: A Pheonix SHall rise
Review: While filled with new twists and turns so expected of Rowling, the fifth book already carried some weight of commercialism, having lost some of the "raw freshness" of the first three books. The third one being the best of the three in my oppinion. Now theres an adventure so worthy of the legend of Harry Potter. It had the mystery which kept the reader glued to every page, from Harry's lamentable life at number 4 privet drive, to that string of hope of having some semblance of family at the introduction of Sirus Black. What an incredibly written novel. As for the Order of the Pheonix, lady Rowling seemed to be grasping at the success of her previous novels. With this new novel she seemed to be writing for her fans instead of just for herself the way the first three books clearly comes across. She seemed so cautious with what the fans might think. It merely became a long written novel that kept going on and on without really getting anywhere. And the battle at the end seemed so hurried and recklessly written. And her new depiction of harry's character leaves much to be desired. Harry although having displayed some hints of impulsiveness was never at all reckless. She displayed him as somewhat of an "angry youngman". Always shouting and loosing his temper. Harry was never like this in the past. He was a lonely lad, hungry for affection and love, but he knew how to see the brighter side of things. Thats why despite his difficult life at privet drive he still knew how to smile. However I still have not lost faith in lady Rowling. I know how difficult it must be to write the story of a character that has clearly grown to have a life of its own. I can't wait for book six. And as eagerly as before, I shall wait in line. Hoping, anticipating, and knowing that in Lady Rowling's heart, Harry Potter is just there, smiling, waiting, until he could ride his Firebolt once again from her heart and onto our waiting pages.

Summary: Anyone for Quidditch???
Review: All the Harry Potter gang is back for the fifth installment of Ms. Rowlings phantasmagorical epic: Weasleys, Slytherins, Hufflepuffs, etc. However, the reader should be aware that all is not jam and treacle in Hogwarts: Harry is fifteen and suffers from adolescent angst, not to mention some very realistic nightmares and visions. In other words: prepare your young wizard or witch accordingly: This book may be too intense for very young readers. Also, Harry suffers a great, personal loss as someone very dear "shuffles off this mortal coil" (i.e.: dies). As Ms Rowling transforms from very good to great writer, she finds she can't resist satirising several institutions of British life, notably tabloid newspapers. Her sharp barbs also stick in the craw of the British education establishment, most notably in the toadlike personage of Ms. Dolores Umbridge, as pedantic a teacher as ever graced fiction. The reader will quickly finish all 870 pages and beg for more, especially to answer such questions as: Who will die? Will Ron and Hermoine ever get together?, and will Harry finally get to kick the Dursleys in the quaffle??? (Sorry, couldn't resist a little Quidditch joke.) Finally, it doesn't matter if you are fifteen years old or 50, and have ten kids or none: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (yes, the book explains what the Order of the Phoenix is) is pure, unadulterated fun, and you should get a copy right away!!!

Summary: For those who haven't purchased Harry Potter yet
Review: Yes, this book is an awesome addition to the series, but I am not making a review of the book, yet an explanation, to those who have not been succumbed by the brillance of J.K. Rowling's writings, as to why one enjoys this series and why I suggest this to any person. This books are filled with suprises and magic; wit and charm. You will think one thing of a character and another thing comes to be true of him or her. There are always suprises, you are always left waiting for more at the end of each chapter. It is very hard to put this book down. I have yet to find a moment in the series where I find myself bored. It is a simple read, as it is written for a child to understand, but I believe anyone can enjoy this serie. You will feel joy with the characters and sadness with characters. It is a very personal book, I believe. Well I don't know if I can say anything that hasn't been said already about this series, but I hope I could have helped you. Also for a more mature and dark series that deals with magic I suggest "His Dark Materials" by Philip Pullman

Summary: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Review: During the last three years, I anxiously waited for the 5th book to come out. When that night finally arrived I ran to the bookstore and rushed to get the book. I stayed up all night and finished it in the next couple of days.
I would have to say that it was one of the best books in the series. I read some of the other reviews and they claimed Harry had to much anger. Well, put yourself in his shoes. He is constantly being reported on in the newspaper, everyone is leaving him in the dark when he should be the first to know, he is at first cut--off from the magic world, he saw Voldemort rise, he's seen deaths, defeated so many evils...
You have to admit he has a lot on his plate, and I was glad to see him finally responding to all of this. I have already read the book 2 times and am planning to read it again.
Another reason a lot of ppl dont like the book is a main character dies.. but i dont think its the last we see of him/her! Grab a box of tissues for the end. A lot of new questions are brought up and i didn't get a lot of answers. I think JK Rowling has something planned for the last two books and this one was kind of a stepping stone. For example..thats not the last we'll see of the department of mysteries I suspect.
I can't wait for the next book and will wait for it unpatiently. Lets hope it is released soon!!! HARRY POTTER AND THE ORDER OF THE PHOENIX IS A MUST READ... I LOVED IT!

Summary: Best Harry Potter book yet
Review: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix has been the best Harry Potter book yet. I loved that it started off fast and continued to be entertaining and enjoyable. I got so irriated by Professor Umbridge and it was nice that not everything was happy. The book was more dark than others, but better because it's more like real life so you can relate to the characters.

Summary: JK Rowling, why more pages, WHY?
Review: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoniex is a pretty good read. I thought that it wouldn't have more pages than the other Harry Potter books, though. I thought that who died in the book was a little bit to easy to predict. This book is one of the better Potter books, but none of the Potter books are as good as the 3rd one. Overall, a good book, but I sure hope Rowling doesn't decide to make the 6th one longer.
