Summary: Our God's Brother
Review: IF BOOK IS ANYWHERE NEAR AS GOOD AS THE FILM THEN IT IS GREAT AND INSPIRING.

Demonstrates the truth that:

the problem with communism is communism, but the problem with capitalism is capitalists

Summary: PURE GENIUS!
Review: Karol Wojtyla (JPII) wrote this play in Poland at a time when the Nazis had supressed Polish arts (1944). Thus, plays had to be performed in people's homes. So the way it is written translates great on audio. Although the Polish names are sometimes butchered, the play itself is masterful and moving. It raises awareness and agonizing questions about personal vocation, conscience, poverty, and social justice --not to mention that it's about a real saint! This is a formidable example of "theater of the inner self."
