It teaches almost everything you would want to learn. I enjoyed this book a lot. You can master self-hypnosis producing the self-made audiocassetes and go on to use it to increase self-confidence, improve memory, cure insomnia, quit smoking, lose weight, break bad habits, remember dreams, enhance sexual performance, and more. Everything is very simple. Easy-to-follow tips show exactly how to achieve whatever goals are desired. The only problem with this book -- where are the secrets of self-hypnosis?
