Review: After 14 years in the contracting profession it is refreshing to finally find a book which explains the concepts of contract law without resorting to tomes of legal jargon and arcane references to USC, FARs, UCC, etc. Mr. Trachtman's book allows the reader to visualize and reinforce his or her understanding of basic concepts of contract law and is not a collection of sample contracts and "How to" guidelines.
