Mental Shielding to Brush Off Hostility/Book and Cassette

Summary: Great book and cassette!
Review: I found this cassette and tape to be extremely relaxing. I have always been my own worst critic but by using Dr. Driscoll's tape, I was able to work through these supercritical feelings and it made it easier to deal with other people and their hostility. I definitely recommend it.

Review: I have been surprised at the positive reception Mental Shielding has received from clients. Much of my practice involves employee assistance and many clients are not the typical consumers of "self-help" products. I have found that it helped people in all lines of work from the factory floor to law enforcement, to taking customer complaint calls. I recommend it highly. Albert Smith, Ph.D., CEAP
