Review: fantastic story by a wonderful writer. the story flows like a stream so smoothly written and, the story is vividly presented in front of your eyes as you read along. 'the big fifty' would be one of my ever cherished western novels that would be together with 'brules' 'lonesome dove' and most of louis la'mour's books. mr. johnny d. boggs is a serious and very talented writer, i'll seek his works out with my best and never get tired of them, that's a promise.
