Review: This is the best historical romance I've ever read. The cover is worn bare because I keep reading it over and over. Aislinn is the most incredible heroine but Wulfgar is by far the best hero I've ever read. The characters of this book have awesome depth and the history is perfection. I was wrapped around her finger in the introduction. I've read hundreds of historicals but there's just something about this one... It's steamy and passionate but it's logical and sensitive at the same time. I could so visualize Wulgar rescuing Aislinn from her falling horse in the streets of London. I could smell the smells and hear the sounds. They just don't get any better than this!!!!
