Summary: wonderful ideas for parents,teachers, and kids!
Review: I have used this book for years in my classroom and now with my child. It's one to revisit each season as it has too many ideas to remember at once. The book focuses on natural celebrations (i.e. solstices, change of season) and offers unique ideas to use with everyone, but esp. kids. There are plays, recipes, craft projects, resources to write away for(i.e. how to adopt a whale), and many more...I wish every school and parent used this book to reestablish the essential connection to our Mother Earth!
