Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Lesson in meditation from Judeo-Christian point-of-view.
Review: Finally somebody makes the connection. The speaker takes us through the Old and New Testaments and shows that Meditation is not exclusively an Oriental practice, but the Bible is as cogent to meditation as any of the other exotic Religions that we have come to know in the West.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: An unusual take on the best best seller of all time.
Review: Jungians, literati, and those interested in finding new vehicles for the inner trip will find this a very useful springboard to the realm of self awareness and understanding. The author has made a strong start on providing a handle for those unfamiliar with techniques of meditation. He leads the novice carefully and safely through the early steps of what to some, even in the nineties, is still uncharted inner territory, using the Bible as a canvas upon which we can find painted the kaleidoscope of unconscious ages. Characters abound, stories of archetypal splendour are draped on our emerging selves as mantles of quiet, yet tumultuous inner history. Settle down in bed one wintery night and listen to Teasdale's earnest voice. It carries the sincerity of experience with none of the tedium of theory.
