Review: This multi-disciplinary trek has a different feel than most of the similar tapes you will currently find on the market The initial breath-work sets a tempo for this work that is decidedly different from what I initially expected. Just when you become used to the up-tempo breathing, you move to a different level and tempo. The hypnosis, music and affirmations all seem to work together to eventually leave one with a different type of energy AND experience than can usually only be achieved by much study. Both Dr. Silvers and Dr. Gunther are to be commended.
