Review: My collection of anti-stress, relaxation, and meditation type tapes is very large. These simply and brief "Ten Minutes to Relax" tapes are by far my favorites. The narrator is a man with a deep, calm, soothing voice. The 'Quick Relaxer' and the 'Body Scan' effectively direct your mind to specific body parts where we hold tension and show us how to release the tension. Sometimes I fall asleep in 10 minutes other times I open my eyes and feel like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders.
