Review: As a science oriented person I can understand the controversy over some of the issues contained throughout this material. However, not only have I developed a renewed understanding of my "self", I am able to integrate my understanding of "this" reality with that of which we have all forgotten. This book has given me the key to our forgotten system, and it is up to us as individuals whether or not we are willing to remember. Why not? This book is fantastic! In my opinion, this material does not represent any new, alternative perceptions of reality; it is our traditional ways of thinking that are alternative! Enjoy:)

Summary: This book creates a new excitement about living-day by day.
Review: Dahl reminds us to be constantly vigilant with our thoughts and beliefs in order to create the reality we desire for ourselves. She does not claim to have discovered something new, but rather reminds those who are familiar with the Seth material, and those who may not have yet independently discovered it, that each of us is personally responsible for the circumstances of our lives. I have consciously used some of the more simple illustrations of creating what I choose to experience, and it works. We do create our own reality - NOW.
