Summary: A wonderful look at middle age and it's foibles.
Review: It was so helpful to learn that I'm not alone in this 'middle age' thing. I'm normal afterall. She made me take a light hearted but honest look at what I cannot change and helped me to relax and enjoy where I am at this particular stage in my life.
