Summary: A truly delightful tale.
Review: This book is absolutely amazing. Jude Deveraux has always been a favorite of mine and this book merely adds to my admiration of her. I have always enjoyed stories involving time travel and it was such a surprise & delight to see that both characters traveled to each others' time whereas in the majority of time travel stories, just one character goes to the others' time. With "A Knight In Shining Armor", we get to see both perspectives. I could go on and on about this book, but I won't. I'll just say....you gotta read it. You won't regret it!

Review: Dougless Montgomery is having a very bad day. She thought she had found Mr. Right when she moved in with Robert and his young daughter, Gloria. Instead, she found a nightmare. This is probably what she was thinking at the moment that she watched Robert and Gloria drive off with her purse, leaving her stranded in front of an old English church. So she did what most people would do in her situation: she cried.
"Will I ever find my knight in shining armor?"
Are the words that she uttered, and lo and behold, she did. Nicholas Stafford, Earl of Thornwyck, was transported from Elizabethan England straight into Dougless Montgomery's life. But he wasn't just there for romance, he was on a quest to right a wrong and clear his name so that he would not be executed in his time. Along the way they have adventures, and Nicholas captures Dougless's heart. Nicholas finally decides to stay in the present time, but is sent back anyway. Dougless is hearbroken, and begs to be sent back with Nicholas...and she is. But she is sent back BEFORE Nicholas knew her. She gets a job with Nicholas's mother, and sets out on a quest to make Nicholas fall in love with her again. In the end, she gets her man, but not like you would imagine. I've read this book 10 times, and each time it gets better. I've never finished it dry-eyed, either. I've recommended it to both men and women, and I haven't met anyone who hasn't liked this book

Review: "A Knight in Shining Armor" is the best romance I've ever read. I usually don't like historical fiction, but it was so interesting, and the heroine was so easy to identify with. After I borrowed this book from my mother, I read it twice, and I've gotten it out of the library more than once since then. This is definitely Jude Deveraux's best book, and I've read most of them! Another good one is "Legend", which I couldn't put down, either

Review: I don't read books more than once, but this one I did! I love this book. This is the first Jude Deveraux novel I read, and since reading this one, I have purchased and read every one of Jude Deveraux's novels to-date. I am a fan! Ms. Deveraux, please do more like this one, and like Wishes, another of my favorites!
