Summary: Two Books In One
Review: I purchased "Psychic Warrior" because of my interest in the concept of remote viewing. The author not only answered most of my questions, he also informed me about the methods our government will use to cover up a covert operation. What he claims they did is more than a little frightening. Both the remote viewing and the covert operations subjects would make an interesting book, putting both together makes the book somewhat unique and a very fascinating read.

Summary: Weary Warrior
Review: This book is so badly written I can't imagine how anyone could rate it above 1 star. It's common knowlege that the Intelligence Community has experimented with everything from psychedelic drugs to the paranormal. Almost everyone but truly brain damaged American TV news viewers have speculated that Korean Air flight 007 was shot down while spying for the US and that US troops were exposed to chemical or biological agents in Iraq. With these type of barely amusing insights it's no wonder no one thought about using remote viewing to find out who killed the Kennedys, ordered the assasination of John Lennon, what was on the 18 minute gap of the Nixon tapes or whether Christ really rose from the dead. Believable or not the writing is miserable!

Summary: Sometimes Truth is Stranger than Fiction
Review: A fascinating account of the trial-by-fire endured by a pioneer in the Tax-funded Psychic Spying protocols. It is a pity that the average American will find it hard to believe because this author has shown his bravery on three fronts: as an Army Ranger who put his body on the line in Viet Nam, as a trailblazer in our governments secret spying techniques. and as a person who survived calumny and vilification to try to make his fellow man aware of government activites that affect us all. Like Promethius, he is a hero who has survived only to have his gift to humanity "turn to dust" in the eyes of the small-minded.
If you take a chance on this book you will be unable to put it down until you have finished.

Summary: Hard to put down
Review: I have purchased and read numerous books in my adult life covering fiction, non-fiction, and all sorts various topics. There are only two books that I couldn't stop reading. One was the biography of Jaco Pastorius ("world's greatest bass player"), and the other book was Psychic Warrior. I have read a few opposing reviews and claims on David's book and his life. After meeting David speak to many of us veterans, I can only laugh at any black marks made towards him. I actually got to spend over two weeks time with David years after I read this book. I found a man who not only teaches us to be loving and compassionate people; he actually lives a loving and compassionate life. I discovered David to be hard working and a very giving person. With all the things that he went through in his life, I was surprised to find a very quick witted and humorous man. I found the people who surround David to be the same way.

The book itself is very easy to read and entertaining. You can either accept or deny the contents of this book. If you're looking for a great book to read on remote viewing, this is it! If you're looking for a book to criticize David or remote viewing, this is probably a good book to read as well.

Summary: This book comes with a bonus.
Review: On rare occasions you can pick up a book of interest and find much more than you could have ever hoped for. This is such a book. A true story about a career combat Army Officer whose life takes a mysterious turn that benefits the whole world. As all multi-generation US trained combat soldiers would tell you, they are ready to defend their country to the death. Morehouse was no different; he put his life on the line and that of his family to bring the world this story about a secret CIA program that has a wonderful byproduct. As a good read it's a must, as a possibility for the future it should be mandatory.

Summary: A spooky journey in the eyes of a soldier.
Review: This was an excellent read by Dr. Morehouse. I'll admit that the writing style was not fluid, but I dont think the book is intended to be a literary masterpiece. This man is a soldier who encountered something lifechanging. The most astonishing part of the book was the account in where he and another viewer were on a doomed flight and encountered the souls of the suprised passengers who JUST DIED. He non chalantly described this and the book dropped from my hands. He also makes mention to the existance of God and the Ark of the Covenant. This is a good book by a good man. Dr Morehouse, if you are reading this, I want to thank you for your bravery and candor. Also, from one soldier to another, you dont need bars on your soldier to have honor and integrity. Well done. I wished you went into more detail about the "realm of decievers" you mentioned.

Looking forward to your next book.

Summary: Excellent
Review: I read this book a couple years ago, and I plan to read
it again. It took me only a couple of days because I couldn't
put it down. Well worth reading if you're interested in this
area.

Summary: Well worth reading
Review: This book is well worth reading for anyone interested in psi in general, or remote viewing in particular. For a more comprehensive overview of remote viewing, I also recommend Jim Schnabel's _Remote Viewers : The Secret History of America's Psychic Spies_. You'd also enjoy a book by another remote viewer, Joseph McMoneagle's _Mind Trek : Exploring Consciousness, Time, and Space Through Remote Viewing_.
If you have a chance to hear David Morehouse speak, or to attend one of his classes, do so!
As an aside, the previous reviewer who disbelieved the book because "there were no ovens at Dachau" is wrong: there were five ovens at Dachau, each with a capacity of several bodies. Check the web.

Summary: Promethius Incarnate
Review: Promethius stole fire from the gods. But when he came out of the woods, it turned to ashes in his hands. I believe that Army Rangers are the best of the best. Moorehouse couldn't have become one if he weren't a top quality human being. Gripping, enlightening, world-view changing. Moorehouse is the bravest man that I've ever seen or heard of. As rebuttal to the people who didn't believe that Moorehouse is telling the truth , I would like to quote Major General Edmund R. Thompson, U.S. Army Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence, 1977-81, and Deputy Director for Management and Operations, DIA, 1982-84. "I never liked to get into debates with the skeptics, because if you didn't believe that remote viewing was real, you hadn't done your homework." 'Twas ever thus: loving men making major sacrifices for their fellow men who were incapable of appreciating them. My thanks to Moorehouse for what he is and what he has done.

Summary: Who needs Sci-Fi?
Review: When life's energy can truly take us beyond our wildest imagination! I cracked the cover of Psychic Warrior Friday afternoon and it seems as though I ate over, or slept under under it, until I completed it the following Monday. But then, a story like this is never complete or forgotten. It's captivating perspective truly permeates your very person and stays with you always. I am in awe, and sincerely appreciative that this knowledge has been made public!
