Rating: Summary: Yuks at a glance... Review: Mr. Maher, thanks for the yuks and the glance into your past, but word of advice: don't quit your night job.

Rating: Summary: Interesting, funny, a great read Review: Rarely is the human condition rendered so comically and skillfully. Maher tapped into a scene few would have the gumption and uber-wit to tackle. Any reader will be grateful after gliding through the easily readable and highly entertaining True Story. You know Maher's been there (and beyond) and his perspective of the comic's life is truthful. Maher is known as "the intelligent comic," now I know him as a damn fine writer as well.
Rating: Summary: Funniest book I've read since "Without Feathers." Review: There is very little contemporary comedy in literary form. This ranks among the best (along with everything by Woody Allen and Daddy's Boy by Chris Elliott). A novel that combines both great jokes, great stories and even a story. You don't know how funny (and smart) Bill Maher truly is until you read this book
Rating: Summary: Hard to Digest Review: This book is a difficult read... It has an interesting premise, but the characters are so disinteresting and the plot so convoluted that turning pages becomes a chore.
