Rating: Summary: A must read! Review: BUY THIS BOOK! You won't be dissapointed! Marlfox is the best of all the redwall books I've read!!!!!!!!! It had a great plot, and storyline. Brian Jacques's tecnique in writing this book was better than any author has done in any book, in my opinion:) Read it, buy it, enjoy it throughly!
Rating: Summary: The Best of the Best! Review: This is a great book! I stay up hours just reading this book. I've read this book 8 times!
Rating: Summary: I've read a lot of Redwall books and this is the best!! Review: This edition of the Redwall series is, I think, the very best of them all! The way Mr. Jacques writes makes me feel like I'm there, in the battles and everything! This book has all the excellent qualities of an award winner, which sadly, it wasn't. My favorite character was Dippler, the young GUOSIM warrior. He is cheerful, brave, and reckless in his own unique way! I am hoping to buy this book soon! THIS IS THE BEST BOOK I'VE EVER READ!!!!!
Rating: Summary: I loved it. Review: Marlfox is my favorite story in Redwall yet! The ending is perfect, and the quest extravagent; I fell in love with all the new characters and grew to hate the villians with each passing page. Dann, Song, Dippler and Burble go on a great adventure that they are called upon by Martin the Warrior himself, Redwall's hero, to regain the treasured tapestry that was stolen by wandering Marlfoxes. I've read all of the Redwall series, and am amazed at how Mr. Jacques just uses words to create a picture. I want to be an author when I get older, but I know I'll never be as great as Brian is. He really should get more credit than some people give him. Thank you Mr. Jacques, once again!
Rating: Summary: An excellent book, yet not as good as Salamandastron.... Review: Marlfox is excellent, as all of Jacques' books are, but it is somewhat unrealistic. The main thing that bothers me is that the Redwallers are so incapable, with the exception of Janglar and the other experienced warriors. What ever happened to all of the squirrels and mice that used to fight for Redwall? Why were the creatures of Redwall so incapable? A little improvement could be used.
Rating: Summary: I liked this book very much. Review: This is a very good book. im not sure if everybody would like it, it depends on what you like. if you like a good story, definetly read this book.
Rating: Summary: A great book but an okay ending Review: Marlfox is a great book. It is defently up there with Salamandastron and Mossflower. It had great battles, plenty of adventure and great chacarters. It took me less than a week to read it. It's defently addictive!! My favorite part is when Dann, Dippler and Burble are in the underground cave. Read this book. Its a great one!
