Review: This is one of the best books that I've read in a year. It raises the bar for mystery writers. Although you will have to read about four or five chapters before the suspense takes off, the writing is good enough to pull you through the beginning. The characters are three-dimensional, description is rich, and the plot takes you decades into an established, fleshed out past. "When Wallflowers Die" is not to be missed.
