Review: Daily Word and other work by Unity School of Christianity, MO has been the main channel that has shaped my spiritual process. I can't go a day without my Daily Word periodical. This book captures the heart of the daily word lessons with lessons on love, hope, faith, prosperity, wisdom, and other universal values. It is right for anyone at any age and complements the soul's journey wherever it may lie on any day. It's a must!

Review: for a budding new Christian. I gave this publication as a gift last year and I have been able to reap in it's rewards myself. As mentioned by another reviewer, the fact that everything is indexed is very helpful. Everyday is enriched as this helps guide you on your journey.

Review: is what you will find between the covers of this wonderful, little book. I first became acquainted with Daily Word by picking up the magazine form put out by Unity School of Christianity every month. The little booklet had very peaceful scenes and inspiring poetry and prose as well as a meditation for every day of the month.

That was in 1982 and I have been a confirmed reader ever since. Then this book was published and I have turned to it every time I felt the need for a lift or was struggling with a problem. It's appeal is universal and cuts across denominational lines. Many people have been helped by Daily Word and the booklet version has been published for nearly 100 years.

This is a book for comfort and inspiration 24/7/365 and you will find yourself turning to it automatically for comfort and guidance. Also very good is the "Daily Word for Healing" and the "Daily Word Prayer Journal." You can't go wrong with these.

Review: This book is truly inspirational. It has a message for each day, and because it is not dated, any person can pick it up at any time and begin an indepth journey into his or her own spiritual awakening. Each message is indexed so that when I had something in particular I needed an uplifting message about, I was able to go to the back and find just the right words that I needed to read. And the thing that I enjoy most about this book is that it is about spirituality--not about any particular religion. Sometimes it nice just to be reminded that God cares for me and for everyone else

Review: When I was given this book as a gift, all of my "red flags" went up. This is definitely not a Christian book, but a New Age one. It does not line up with the Bible although it does pluck Scriptures out of the bible for use with its message.....I immediately returned this book to the bookstore and bought a Christian devotional, one that recognizes the Lordship of Jesus in the life of a born again Christian....for it is the bible itself that says "you must be born again" (John 3:3) Hopefully, this type of book has not deceived any Christians out there, but for those who like New Age books, this is a good one for them.
