Review: This music saved my life. In 1992, while under severe stress, I suffered from insomnia for 1-1/2 years. When I purchased this cassette it literally lulled me to sleep until my mind and my body were able to rest simultaneously. After 2 years or so, I put this cassette away and as the years passed by me I found yet another need for the Thunder & Rain Interludes. The day my son was born (1999), I played this tape continuously day and night for the first 14 months of his life. Unfortunatly, this evening he discovered and dismantled my cassette. I was sad and doubted I could locate another copy after all these years. Thank you Amazon.com for carrying this wonderful and fulfilling muscial cassette. I'm buying extras this time!
